I never turn up the velocity at 100 because it sature a lot. With the overdrive i can manage the volume easier without saturation. In general i do this with the drums to get them more "punchy"

Thank you !😁 I used a tom who was at the original totally different to the final sound. I added effects on it (Distorsion for a "crashed" and distord sound, Lo-Fi for a digital and pluck efect, Reverb for a "spacy" sound). And now it match perfectly with the sample used in the original song. If you want the reference of the sample that i used, it's : HT00 from a free hip hop sample pack that i found on internet. But if you want to use basic samples from the fl bank, you can use the "Volt CleanHTom" (Packs > Drums (ModeAudio > Toms). It work too 👍

Yes for this remake i used : Kepler (Epianic) & (Voxana) / Flex (Analog Strings) & (Steinway D Lite) & (Fairy Sparkle) & (Tersus) / FLS Strings (from the browser list on the left : Pack > Legacy > Instruments > Orchestral > FLS Strings) I specify they are all free vsts. 👍

Hi yeah i don't know exactly the right notes so i tried to create a similar pattern who match with the vibe of the song. In general i do remakes for notice the little details in each songs and so recreate them as the most similar as i can + i learn the technics of production. It's very interesting for stimulate the creativity and pay attention on the details of a song 😁
