When is this form supposed to be completed? Should it be pre-filled by the seller and uploaded in the MLS listing OR should it be submitted by the buyer to the seller with a purchase offer? Thanks
Great question! This is done at contract time and initiated by the buyer. It's an addenum to the contract. So assuming that the listing agent and seller have provided necessary solar information in the listing, the buyer would include this as part of the contract. Any changes to the document or terms that the seller doesn't agree to would go in a counter offer to the original offer. Does that help?
