The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs. In 1964 minimum wage was 5 quarters (90%silver) today that melt value for those quarters is $17.00 what states minimum wage is 17.00 an hour? None! Looks like silver preserved ppls wealth above and beyond and will forever do so.

So, I am not clear. Per Basel- gold is not considered a high quality liquid asset? Or, A Tier 1 asset? But, can be a proxy in certain jurisdictions?
