I encountered this music in James Bond's Spectre. It was the score in the scene in which Lucia Sciarra, as wife of late assassin Marco Sciarra, was doomed to be killed for traditional reasons. Bond saved her. The scene was so incredibly intense and beautiful, the setting, the music, the lighting. I had to find the music. It is truly letting my soul fly.

This is the best Stabat Mater and the best interpretation, by far. It is simply perfect. Congratulations Jakub and La Tempesta for this wonderful masterpiece.

This is the best recording of this concerto that I've heard. The Prokofiev is also great, her Vivaldi's, the 2 shorter piece CDs . I admire her new conducting career, she is great, but I miss the transcendent musicality of this cellist.
