Hi, what does your experience/data say about improvements (less support, less peeling force) using the PAP10 Resin?
Hi, thank you for your question! By using the Pulsing Release Module with PAP10, peeling force can be reduced by up to 30% (depending on the model) and users can reduce the support contact point size down to just 0.15mm in the Blueprint software and still get successful prints, meaning surfaces should require less post processing for a smooth finish. Please note that the number of supports may increase as the contact point size is reduced - this is normal to maximize print success.
The entire production process of HeyGears seems really impressive. From what I have seen it is very encompassing and intuitive. Hopefully I can get my own soon and see how fast I can prototype within this environment.

Looks like a great system. Price is a bit higher than other machines but I think the quality and ease of use is there. The auto supports are really impressive. With that said I think if you added the ability to add in 3rd party resins (allowing user to set exposure, burn in layers, etc.) then that would attract more potential customers. Leave the settings of your proprietary resin secure but allow users to add their own resin for this machine. Love all the the other advancements such as auto leveling, auto resin vat fill, heated chamber, front flip cover, faster print times and of course the high resolution.

What print filament material was used? PETG? tnx. Also if there is residual movement in the arm, you might consider pressure sensors for control to avoid emi and moisture problems.
