This video is coming at the right time, been working on my pullups a lot recently, problem is, i weigh too much to do them at least right now. I will incorporate these methods and see how it goes. Thank you Dominik.
So basically, you need to master wvery weight. I do this kind of training and its really good. And believe me if you consistently train, liek every day , then in 2-3 weeks you will add more weight
Hey bro what about rest week ? What should be the block/cycle length ? Please provide a full programme example
I'm currently working on ring grip dips with the rings standing on plyo boxes. I can do two of them with somewhat thicker rings and with double-folded yoga mats on top of the plyo boxes. With push ups, my personal best is ten deep full range of motion reps on level 1.

I just want to cry , am on tears , how time fly , i was just young watching him before 10 years ago , doing workout with him , pushing myself to the limit , now here i am , stoped intense exercice with friends and hype and travelling to new country, new life , another priorities, he was barely speaking on his video , without beard , was really pick time to me ,,, aaayy time 😢

I’m not strong enough to to a lot of calisthenics movements, can’t even do one pull-up. Weight training I could do. Why is calisthenics harder for me?

I use a tire, and if you have a towel laying around. Makes good practice for grip and slamming. Good stuff!

This is not a push pull legs routine, this is a full body routine. Great workout, just inaccurately labeled. Push/pull/legs means u push one day, pull the next day, and hit legs the following day.

Isn't the E7#5 non diatonic aswell? Assuming the key is C-Ionian the E-Chord is Phrygian and therefore a Emin7. But E7#5 is not even diatonic in any key since there are no augmented chords in the diatonic scale system. Even if you view the #5 as a b6 it is not since there is no mode that has a Maj3 and a minor6.

Thanks a lot bro.. It's been 2 months i am training for weighted calisthenics. I tried the same method in weighted dips and guess what from 3x5 20kg dips to 1 rep of 30kg today. 😁
Right. I've done this for roughly just under 2 months I started 3x3 10kg now im on 3x3 20kg in 2 months
I don't have a space to perform this push up 💀💀💀😭
