I want my 47 seconds back
i bought this home cinema one year ago. Though the sound was coming out amazingly storng clear and deep after 2 months of purchase( especially whenever i was playing video games, my god, it was as if i was inside the battlefield scenery) suddenly it lost..power! Sad to say, the sound whatever the settings i put comes very shallow, not deep, especially the bass. Occasionally though, it comes back as strong as if it was new out of the box and after a while it drops to null. . Additionally, the HDMI Audio Return Channel broke down few moths ago. No sound from the TV with HDMI input connection! i fixed it under warranty for free. Again, only couple of days ago the optical input source of the samsung just died!! Still in waranty. Will fix it and when smthing else crashes up iwill send it to recycle.. The sound from the xbox one console connected with the optical is very very satisfying though i must admit.
JOHN GOUZOUASSIS i AM having the same issues with this dam system too. I almost feel like it has a virus in it. I'm constantly having to fix or change settings for no reason
Stephanie Marie Hi Stephanie. if you can plug it to any device with optical cable is the best solution. With best audio outcome. Whenever i used it with my TV with the ARC hdmi cable it shallows the sound. If you re playing video games with pc connect it to your TV set with the ARC supply at the rear of your TV is inevitable. But if you 're playin console games, it is best to connect the console direclty to the samsung with the optical cable. Plug an optical cable from the optical/out of the console (any console you re using has it) to the optical/in of the samsung system and, it would be best to set the console's audio settings to "bitstream" so the audio is split to the 5.1 channels through the samsung not the console... be safe John..
