Thank you, I was about to make a big mistake by purchasing it on Amazon for $60. I like the phone holder and the edgy industrial/cyberpunk look, but since i is made of metal I expected something really solid for that price, and I expected the wrist pad to be anything but cheap plastic, since even $20 keyboards don't use this kind of cheap plastic. The fact that the keyboard doesn't stand flat on the table is also a red flag for me, I wouldn't know it without your video. You just got a new subscriber!

I have one of these and my software for it just stopped working. It just brings up an icon on the taskbar called CMSEngine but there's no visible window to go to. The link you got doesn't work anymore =( trying to put macros into mine for Hell Divers 2 and can't do that without the software

Funny how all of the reviews on this item talk more about colors than performance

my icue has just been updated but it will not recognize my fans at all. I used to be able to change their colours through Icue but not anymore. Im kinda mad about it. Can anyone help me get control back?

Hey man, a little current, not sure if you still have these fans. So, 3 LL series fans hooked up via lighting node pro, and my fans arent working in conjunction through the icue app. set up top to bottom, 2 will be spinning color spiral with the middle one having a stuck lighting spot, while the bottom one is an entirely different color. Its been driving me up a wall for weeks, and even rearranging them in the lighting node has them changing properties. All of the solder is fine and the board looks okay. Maybe im missing something or someone else has had this problem???

After 2 years, has anything changed? I heard that the noise cancelling got much better? I have Bose 700 and want to buy these for more bass and completely different design. I’ve heard that the sliding mechanism becomes loose after months so they automatically slide down when being worn, is this true? Thanks so much!

Not mine I got software of sorts with this but my menu like that is a small box you cannot make bigger to see everything in it you cannot even scroll its like its half minimalized I will try the software from there site you found an see if that helps. So far looks to be a great game pad. Now just to wait until the wind decides to let up so my net speeds back up an get my download speed back!

well...buying low quality chinese made products from wish and then expect something good was the first and only mistake there! ^^ if there are more than one company logos available on the exact same thing, in this case RedThunder and Normia Rita then you should know this cant be a quality made product by a serious company.

I actually like the keyboard as well. The keys feel soft and smooth, I like the look and feel. The raised red thunder looks bad ass. I have never had it touch my wrist one or scrap it so maybe you need to not be limp wristing the keyboard while gaming. I thought th price was a bargain compared to other in the same price range.

This keyboard's driver software makes a connection to an alibaba cloud service that was sending my keylogging information through Hong Kong to Beijing. First network activity happened almost immediately after installing the driver from their US based website (found in comments below). Even after unplugging the keyboard the service still runs and pings every 5 seconds uploading any new data entry logged. DO NOT USE THIS KEYBOARD. If you have it, delete the driver and program immediately. If you have network monitoring software, isolate the calls it has been making and firewall that traffic.

So, I just bought this thing expecting to have full lighting, as you mentioned. I'm truly disappointed. But, I noticed, on screen, the lights above 1 through 6 are on, but not on, on my actual keyboard. Yours are not either. I'm thinking that may be the problem of not being able to change the lights at the top and side?

I have an issue that when I choose my color the fans change to red. I never even picked red and only the fans do it. the Ram and pump stay on white but all fans switch to red and Idk why

so im trying to change colors and it wont change any solutions
