Behold Your Mother (Jn 19:27) is a Catholic Christian humanitarian organisation dedicated to working with underprivileged children, families, and their communities to overcome poverty.
Founded in 2019, we draw inspiration from John 19:26-27, where Jesus, said to his mother, “Woman, behold your son” and to the disciple, “behold, your mother”. “And from that hour, the disciple took her into his home.” The Blessed Virgin Mary is Our Mother, and We Are Her Children, (Rev.12:17). We have an enduring responsibility to care for and support one another (Phil.2:4; Gal.6:2). as her children.
Our focus:
• Funding the education of underprivileged girls and boys, orphans, and young adults.
• Raising awareness of and seeking relief of poverty, sickness, and hardship among
underprivileged members of the community.
• Advancing the Catholic Faith through Catechesis, Evangelisation, Eucharistic Worship,
Retreats and Pilgrimages.
