It is absurd that all weapons in 6.35 mm caliber end up failing in this way. The 25 acp caliber fails a lot due to lack of force to recover the slide.

I now have my father's H-D Military. It was last fired around 1972 and he died in 1979. It has a magazine still inserted but I doubt it has ammo in it. To clear it, I just push the lever on the bottom to drop the magazine? And then the slide comes back easily to eject a round? Or do I have to push a lever on the top or side? The instructions in the box are not helpful and do not state how to clear it. Thanks

Bought mine new in 2014 I think...not a bit of a problem with it...despite the 'reputation'. I've run many different types of ammo mnf through it.

I've owed one for years and just started shooting it. So I go to clean it and it comes apart pretty easily but it's not very intuitive to put back. Your video from 6 years ago saved me a lot of grief. Thank You!!

I bought a pack of .25 acp yesterday, it was $35 dollars for 50 rounds (yeesh) I really like my little .25 but it is getting too expensive to shoot, I remember 15 years ago I could easily get 50 rounds for 16 dollars at my local Walmart.
