THIS IS WHAT IN TALKING BOUT! One paper towel during the whole process mixing the batter with your hands to save on using dishes plastic bag to coat the gizzards tasting the gizzards out of the hot boiling pot😳 This is what I remember when going back home to Louisiana. As soon as you got down there something was ALWAYS on the stove and when that was done they were getting ready to start on something else 😂 This is the BEST recipe I seen as of yet.
