This channel is a place for woodworking, upcycling, reclaiming all sorts of materials and some home improvement ( the honey-do list). I work primarily in wood and would like to inspire others to try their own hands at making, creating and overall awesomeness.
I am not a trained woodworker. I am not a classic artisan. But I do enjoy creating useful pieces or furniture, decorations, tools and gadgets from reclaimed materials. I do use pallets...as a lot of us do but I also have found some pieces of useful things hidden in a box spring, a tile crate, wire wheels and even a perfectly good dresser that I dismantled and ruined (uhhh refinished)...save that for another time.
I will be building furniture, decor, gadgets (for our farm and home), tools and maybe some DIY exercise equipment...for our family, friends, clients, customers, strangers, neighbors and really anyone who will take this stuff....or even buy it from us.

MORE SHOP ORGANIZATION
In this video I use some recycled pegboard, pallet wood and reclaimed plywood to build a peg board storage box / shelf / display...whatever.
I also do not buy the pegboard hooks, nor do I use French cleats!!
I did build a custom tape caddy that fits into the peg board. I also practiced on my rabbet and picture frame cuts. CHEKCK IT OUT!!

My first shop organization build video

In this video, I use some recycled materials (of course) and some SUPER cheap addons to build my first shop organizer. I have been working out of this shop for a while now and never fully moved in. Some of my tools and cabinets are still in my garage. Hopefully this 1st bit of organization leads to a bunch more (because I need it!) and gets me out of the garage and into the shop 100%
I built a large planter without using any fence pickets

In this video, I use some reclaimed 2x4's and recycled tin roof to make a huge planter. I know woodworking videos in the summer always have DIY planters and so many are now made with fence pickets, I chose to go the recycled pallet wood and tin roof route for some fun. I am going to try to sell this planter as a prototype on FBMP and see if I can get some orders.
Another trellis to make you jealous..made by a woodworker

In this video, I use some recycled bamboo to create a trellis that will help my cucumbers grow vertically, I did not have enough t-posts to span the distance that I needed for the bed, so instead of buying another t-post or 2...I decided to DIY a trellis to make you jealous. This project was super fast, easy and 100% free and upcycled. I hope this short video inspires you to do some of your own...
Raised Garden Bed With Trellis

In this video, I harvested some shipping crates from a new car dealership being bult and reused the wood to make a large raided garden bed with a trellis. Its really just a simple box and trellis that anyone can build. I recycled a bunch of wood and pallet nails to make this raised garden bed. I did have to purchase some 3" screws and I did use glue that I al ready had. But overall this project...

I am so glad you liked it and found it helpful. Let me know how the mylar works out...yup, metal tape is the ticket for sure. So far so good on my end. I did not know unbuttoned-outercuff was a thing -hahaha...but now I know.
