Can someone give me their opinion ... did this kid actor have a speech problem and couldn’t say his “R’s” or was the script written for him to say “ wacky packages WOOOOOL” instead of RULE. It’s been an on going debate with me and a life long friend . Please chime in
Opinion handled, because I'm neutral to Wacky Packages. But I don't really like the fact that it ruins series I like such as Pokémon, Mario, and even Hello Kitty. I'm kinda bad for you, and I remember this ad as well back in the 2000's.
Not quite how I remember it. I remember his complaint being about “Durasmell” (parody of Duracell batteries). Unless they made different versions of this commercial.
Funny video 1st time I saw & Bought Wacky packages back November or December 2005 (Series 2) I own tons cards World Warcraft (W.O.W), Wacky packages, PokeMon (I stoled as kid from boy I never liked), Pirates Carribean, Magic Gathering I'm selling most my cards reasons I hate duplicate cards.
@@SuperInfinity1990 Oh hey, you found a comment that I made when I was about 12. Nowadays, I don't have much of an opinion on Wacky Packages. I just hated crude parodies back then.
I have collection of them and used to bring some to school, one of my friends got addicted to them that when he asked me to come over, he told me to bring my whole collection
I loved that commercial when I was a kid
Man, this guy seemed to be annoyed of these. Also I used to look up those back then.

The guy in the car sounds like Mike Pollock for some reason EDIT: Mike Pollock as in the current VA of Dr Eggman

Omg. I have the Wacky Packages Erasers at my house
I’m pretty sure either George Liquor’s voice actor or The Flying Dutchman’s voice actor voiced the angry guy in the car.
Oddly, I briefly thought it was Mike Pollock.
I remember this commercial.
I’m outraged!
(0:07) Looks like Topps parodied their original candy!
The television aspect of the campaign will focus on national cable stations such as Comedy Central, E!, ESPN, The Learning Channel and VH1.

Who played the angry man in the limo?
I think it was either The Flying Dutchman’s voice actor or George Liquor’s voice actor.
I hate Wacky Packages!

This ad got Wacky Packages in big trouble. www.wackypackages2007.com/WackyCommercial/NoMoreWackyCommercials.htm
Baby bottles Poop
I remember two versions of the commercial, this one and the one with the duracell batteries version called Durasmell.
I remember the third with “Ghoul Whip” parodying Cool Whip.
Not quite how I remember it. I remember his complaint being about “Durasmell” (parody of Duracell batteries). Unless they made different versions of this commercial.
they did. I remember this one, durasmell, and pig newton

I remember seeing this commercial as a kid and it's still funny!
What year was this? This doesn't look like the early '70s.
@@lemurianchick I saw it in the early 2000s.
@@14mespider9 This commercial is from 2004, actually.

I think the kid said whole
I have collection of them and used to bring some to school, one of my friends got addicted to them that when he asked me to come over, he told me to bring my whole collection
I remembered three versions of this. This is the one with Bottled Baby Poop. There's also one where he says Ghoul Whip and one where he says Skunkist.
Pig Newtons and Durasmell were my favorites.
I only heard a baby bottle poop and ghoul Whip
I never heard the ghoul whip one.
That’s just gross
Does anyone think they can FIND them?
The guy's reactions are so hilarious and over the top!
Which often wasn't far from the truth. Established products and companies *were* outraged at how they were parodied.
Was that guy in the limo happy?
Well, nope.
HOLY SHIT I remenber these omggg
"Kids making fun of my--(hitting 5)--POOP?! That's just GROSS!"
that man is 98 years old I think
