OH YEAH, definitely gonna try this out. Did a similar thing in my own training but only for the eccentric and then i exploded from the bottom with a 2 second pause and i gained 15lbs in one month on my bench press. So this stuff works wonders 💪Keep it up man love your vids

That 30 reps was insane. I’d rather do a ruling stretch and pause, slower eccentric, than 30 fast reps with that much weight in each hand.
