How can you trust these counsellors/therapists when they can't keep your secrets. You go to counselling to vent out what's bothering you. They're bloody snitchbags. I have had counselling 3 times in the past. But now, when I look back at it, I feel how can you trust them when they go breaching confidentiality. They break your trust. I would never have counselling again.

Arguably these types of questions eliminate applicants who are less socially intelligent or have less exposure to North American workplace culture rather than identify folks with dark triad traits. IMO its almost impossible to fail these types of questions because average workers are aware that they're supposed to provide an acceptable answer, regardless of what you really feel about your previous workplace. They're posed in virtually every interview I've ever had or given since at least 2010 and the vast majority of employers expect a bit of variation in responses but more or less the same responses are offered up because we've been playing this pseudo-psych-in-the-workplace game for decades now. N/M/P are particularly skilled at navigating this series of questions to the point that they probably don't even need to prepare a response, it's already loaded. There is no litmus test at the interview stage for a well masked person, its impossible to detect this way.

Interview questions to uncover if a potential hire will make a good slave: 1) will you work for food and substandard housing? 2) how do you feel about picking cotton or cutting cane? 3) do you enjoy singing rhythmic spirituals while breaking rocks into gravel?

I never in my life communicated with anyone at a place of business enough to see if they were a psychopath. I don’t believe in associating in the workplace is a place of work, not conversation

Most out of touch video I have seen. There are things that work in theory and things that work in practice. This is why interviewing is such a clown show nowadays.

If were asked any of these questions, I'd be pretty sure that the interview was simply a waste of time. You're hiring me to do a job. These questions have nothing to do with doing said job. You might as well ask me what sort of tree l'd like to be. You ask me about my abilities/experience, I'll ask you about scope of work/job requirements, and we'll get the information we both need to see if we can benefit each other. I start getting these questions, and it's going to be a "Yeah, I'm not really a good fit here" situation.

Anyone who answers job interview questions honestly doesn't know how to play the game of 'society'. We all pretend we want honesty but as soon as you are honest you are penalised in some way. So the only thing that these questions can ascertain is how good of a bullshitter you are.

Not to be a doomer, but you seem a little optimistic about the future of mental health apps. You identify incentives for study in employee well-being, but you haven't helped me understand who exactly has an incentive to develop and test some wellness app (beyond some vanity project) that actually works, instead of spending resources on something more lucrative. Have you ever seen the "Pickle Rick" episode of Rick and Morty? There's a scene in the episode where a therapist compares going to counselling to brushing your teeth, and her point is that self maintenance is not exciting (but you still have to do it), so it's easily ignored. You probably can't make mental health addictive in the way that the status games on social media are, because addiction is not a healthy behavior.

Things to change about your employer...why would anyone talk about positive things? Because WHY would you want to change something that's positive about a workplace? 🤔 Unless you're interviewing for management and they want tips to torture employees. 🤨

Me one hundred percent. I have a pack of women attacking me in my neighborhood. They glare and snarl at me and I dont even know them. The animals are all over my yard bunnies, birds squirrels and opossums. Happens in the work place too. Im some sort of threat. Very disheartening.

I recently had a dream of a tall slender woman, with blue skin with stars on it and red hair, she had very kind n peaceful energy and i was almost crying standing before her and told her i thought she was so beautiful. She also had slightly pointed ears. Not rounded like human ears. I believe she was from Andromeda being that i have believed many years i am a starseed. I have very vivid dreams since childhood but recently they are every night. It can be exhausting but i feel its just my spiritual gifts may be more activated or sharpening.

The thing is, every time I've seen these sorts of questions on job applications my instant impression is that the people asking me are dark triad types trying to filter out anyone who shows weakness or a lack of confidence and telling the truth probably isn't going to be what they want to hear.

This happened to me at work. The narc lied about my health to the supervisor and I ended up with an involuntary transfer. I still pass this person in the hallway and she often says things like “Are you okay?” Or “ having a bad day?” This irritates me and it shows because she responds with a smirk.

Worked with a guy who was very bullying and I believe might've been a dark T. When I brought up the bullying to a supervisor, his observations were oddly on point. He noticed big time arrogance. Things like he could master a trade that takes a decade in 3 years. He pushed to be moved quickly on promotion and getting hired from a temp position to full employee. So company paided 5 grand to get him off the contract. The boss never noticed his contempt and smug behavior until he talked to him about his bullying. Which he denied and justified at the same time. So it didn't happen but if it did, I deserved it and it's a badge of honor to be able to dish it out and take it. This guy tried to get all new hires fired as soon as they got on but would take one under his wing so he'd invest in allies. Guy ended up quiting after I brought up his behavior as he realized it would prevent his climbing the ladder. I remember this guy had constant anger and contempt. He'd do cocaine on the weekend shifts and sadism was drug of choice when bosses were around. There was a very teasing atmosphere but people would apologize if they made someone uncomfortable. This guy brought out some of the worse behavior in the others and eventually the department loss a few bids which shuttered many of the machines in the department. One job I remember advocating often for but the team would just laugh, and pick on me while saying there wasn't an issue. Then lots of subquality parts and scrap were made and it brought the whole department down. There was an under culture of femophobia, hyper Christian and machismo so people in the out groups got pigeon holed and made to quit by coworkers even though the supervisor was trying to build a team.

Well, I dont know if I'm an Annunaki Starseed, probably not. However, I have always felt like there is more to this life and who I am a d what I can or can't do (abilities) I am very intuitive, VERY intuitive. I have increased the accuracy of my intuition through meditation. I don't always fly in my dreams but I have had the ability of flight more than a few times. Throughout my 41yrs but mostly when I was younger I found myself reaching for something out of reach almost out of reflex and found myself very annoyed that it wouldn't come to me like I wholeheartedly expected it to. I've always looked to the stars and felt a deep yurning to be out there in the cosmos like I've been out there before and I also have memories of being out there traversing the cosmos in interstellar crafts. Memories that give me the impression that I was on or in the moon. I have memories of beautiful planets and civilizations that truly live in peace and don't enslave one another and they don't have to pay to live on their home planet and there's not monetary system, everyone contributes and do their part and in doing so their every need is met. Now I truly do not believe I was a Non-terrestrial soldier, nor do I think I served a 20 and back, nor do I think I was a part of Solar Warden. I think all of these memories I have are from past lives. I can't explain it, they're just memories I have. Snd I have never told anyone this before and I likely never will again.
