I have the same issue with my C200 Kompressor from 2001. How can I be sure that the MOSFET is burned? The flap is never moving, it is always opened. When running diagnosis there are 2 faults only - Camshaft Position Sensor - no message and MAF Sensor fault. I checked both faults and sensors seem to be fine and also voltages and current going in and out look good. Is there a way to be sure it is burned MOSFET before doing any disassembling of engine's ECU?

When the AC is on the radiator fans will come on pretty much all the time. However when the AC is off then your radiator fans will behave more normally and only come on and very hot. My car like your car the temperature always sits nicely just below the halfway. So what I've learnt is there was nothing wrong with the temperature sensor it was merely the design of the car.

Good video, but do the CR PRO or the CR Max have ALL the functions which the car brand specific V3.0 version has? I read some reviews from buyers who own Audis that the cheaper Icarsoft VAWS V3.0 could perform activation tests, injector codings, adaptations and air suspension management, while the CR PRO and the CR Max could not. Someone mentioned that the PRO and Max were limited in memory, hence the cheaper V3.0 specific to a brand can do more because it uses less memory than all car brands together. You seem like a smart guy who could check that out, could you please see if this information is true? You got my like for the video, if you get back with verified information I will subscribe for more. On a side note, the CR PRO + seems to have more functions. Would it be better than the Icaesoft VAWS V3.0, functions wise?

At the 18 minute mark, you are indicating that a small gauge wire will reduce the current. That is not a good thing. Fuses are used to protect the wiring (and devices) from overheating and resulting in a fire. The overall size of the wire does not tell you the actual wire gauge, the printing on the side of the wire insulation does. If you are using a fuse that comes with wires attached, the wires will be the correct gauge. Never connect a smaller gauge wire to a larger one. Larger gauge indicates a physically larger wire, but the gauge number will actually be smaller and vice versa. For example, a #10 gauge wire may be rated to carry 30 amps, while a #18 wire might be rated for just 5 amps. To be sure, search on-line for "wire gauge chart". Thank you for reading.
