Spoken by a man who sounds like he's standing in a mehtul bawks
The campaign in this game is the VERY BEST in the franchise
Thousand Sons: Eliphas: Welcome to Deimos, my lord. Unfortunately, you are in the wrong place and at the wrong time. Magnus: This acrimony isn't necessary, Son of Lorgar. I will take over the corruption of this world, so I request that you and your forces must leave this world, immediately. Eliphas: I cannot do that, my lord. The Gods insist that I alone must carry out their will. Magnus: Pity. I will limit the pain I will inflict upon you if possible. Your Legion was never known for attrition. Relic and Critical Location capture: Magnus: Must we carry on with this charade for all time, Eliphas? My father's loyal dogs are out there, and this is a waste of time. Eliphas: I will not be denied of my chance for revenge, my lord! Magnus: You should have entrusted it to me, Inheritor. End: Eliphas: Here, I make my stand, as the gods are my witness, I will see my crusade carried through this damned planet. Magnus: I predict that your death will not be at my hands, Eliphas. Your crusade is now mine to take!
The Thousand Sons: Magnus: These mechanical monstrosities will not halt in their advance. Yet we cannot match that, but we may end it before it has a chance to start, and with this device blessed by our Lord, Tzeentch, it is possible. My sons, I require your protection! I do not intend to die on this forsaken dirt ball. Monolith spotted: Ahriman: My lord, I feel strange energies emanating within these locations. Magnus: Signal our scouts to perform reconnaissance on those places and set them for destruction. We cannot have those abominations hindering our future escape. Magnus: Another Monolith! Destroy that infernal construct before it's powers are unleashed on us! Necron graveyard spotted: Ahriman: Quickly now! Destroy them! Destroy them before they arise from their slumber! Encountering the Essence of the Nightbringer: Magnus: The servants of the Star Gods dispatch their Avatar. Hold it off, Ahriman, I shall set off the device myself. Bomb set: Magnus: I've done it. My sons, retreat, now! We've done what we're here for!
I headcanon that Warboss Gorgutz destroyed the Space Marine Stronghold, while General Stubbs and the Imperial Guard destroyed the Rokklaw Ork Stronghold in turn forcing Warboss Gorgutz to flee, otherwise the Warboss would have had a massive Waagh under his command and not the "small" group of Boyz in his command at DoW3. It's also a relatively optimistic ending for the Imperium minus the Space Marine and Sister of Battle losses. I also wanted a rare win for the Imperium no strings attached. Tartarus was lost to Orks and the Warpstorm, not to mention the Daemon in the "Maledictum" being unleashed to the wider galaxy. Lorn V was a phyrric victory at best for the Imperium as the Eldar got to the Titan first before Sturm and his men did causing it to overload and be destroyed. On Kronus not only did the Space Marines and Imperial Guard clashed resulting in heavy IG casualities but also resulted in the Blood Ravens, the victors to be under heavy inquisitorial suspicion. The Soulstorm IG ending, barring the Sister of Battle and Space Marine loses is pretty optimistic and Strategic Victory and mostly a success in the Imperium's eyes.
They did us so dirty by making Taldeer's betrayal and sterns deathh canon. What a great character RIP
Glad to have so many endings but as always the tau remember the empower and all gender will fall except for RICKS empire hahahhaahhaah thanks for sterilization
Its was all good til i seen when the video was released....
I like that this Pariah speaks to the Eldar using intelligent dialect. Cool comparison, I suppose.
Great villain speech.
Kunon: Martellus, Where's Captain Angelos? Adrastia 2:26 Aty: Captain Angelos. Kyras: Meet your end. Gabriel 2:30 Azlier: Captain Angelos (sobbing) No. 2:37
Starscream (Eliphas) backstabbing Megatron (Aragast). Did i see this before?
Song?
3:30 implies the Ork believes in feeding starving humans, which would make him somewhat morally superior to corrupt Imperium officials.
I love the Imperial Guard so fucking much. They're my favorite 40k faction. There's just something so amazing about horrors beyond our comprehension, enemies with much more advanced technology, and genetically modified superhumans getting their shit pushed in by a regular guardsman with a lasgun.
Megagast and Starscreamiphas.
2:00 If I have a door, this will be the ring bell
My theory that Bluddflag wear a purple underwear that day
I like how they do not use the farseer you're given in this campaign, at all
This IS the canon ending, DOWII's relic says Sturnn and the Guard made it to the Titan.
bring back necron pariah models. i always thought they looked amazing
graphics looked better than in retribution
The sorcerer might be *way* over his head, but he's super motivated. 10/10 would consider for apprenticeship/return in another Dawn of War game.
Damn why does the Transformers music fit so well for the space Marines lol
Damn our boy Castor have some Generals wisdom its seems. Sacrificed fewer soldiers for the sake of saving entire sub sector. And yes he will be called butcher but it was neccesary loss. To sacrifice a planet for the sake of other 3. Afterall from Aurelian sub sector the most unstable is Typhon because tyranids hiding in the dence woods, ancient eldar ruins which probably are guarded by eldar rangers and ambushers, planet is infested with ork spores which can cause ork raids in future, probably there will be some chaos altars here and there still active. So the planets is doomed.
Martellus basically turned into Tank Dempsey when gone traitor.
Taldeer: You should've looked beyond your mirror. Thule: Ok, _pinhead._ Taldeer: *Who the fuck are you calling pinhead?* Thule: The only reason the Imperium lets you Eldar live is because Gulliman is banging Yvraine. Taldeer: Yvraine? Seriously? He can do _so much better_ than her.
DAT NOB OVA DERE' CRIES DATZ ROIGHT UNORKY ROIGHT DERE'. 'TIS GUD DAT DA BIG BOSS KRUMPED IM GUD
17 years later....
I wanted more force commander hairgel
As i kid i played this .... as an adult i understand exactly how avitus was feeling
I love how gorgutz can randomly land on a planet and unite all the klanz to his cause...hes been doing that constantly
Gorgutz just casually taking a nap
Once i met a girl, her name was Sindri... I struggled... I struggled like hell not to yell "SIHNDRIIIIHH!!" at the top of my lungs
F for Taldeer
How do you get fully corrupted ending?
Expect the Black Legion to be ready for you. So it is an even fight.
I missed these in soulstorm
If i have to be honest Eliphas aint the type of guy who should lead the black legion because he fears when abaddon speaks to him on the judgement of carrion(dw2 retribution) and araghast survived dawn of war 2 retribution would probably be interesting
Oh Aragast will be pissed and will hunt Eliphas to death. Even if it will force him to work with Diomedes.
Imagine he just say to eliphas You treasonous dog! You dare try to betray me foolish coward If you were to betray me BETRAY ME IN A BATTLE OF BLOODSHED!!
Imagine he met eliphas again He will probably say You dare betray me so cowardly You foolish dog If you are to betray me BETRAY ME IN A BATTLE OF BLOODSHED
I love how the tau give the orks an opportunity to surrender. Though they didn't take it it's also nice that they're ideals were shown through comparison to other factions.
I wonder if the voice actor was actually a marine Sergent or something, like he sounds like he is good at that job of rallying soldiers.
diomedes: we stay :( tarkus: says something diomedes: we go :)
The good ending :)
FMA!
im a tau fan but damn bro stop being whiney
That’s not being whiny what are you talking about?
@@aidenknightofaskr3705 "HUMAN LAY DOWN YOUR WEAPONS IF NOT FOR YOU THEN FOR THE GREATER GOOD" if you just add please to the sentence then it'd be whiny
@@ElectricCommunism that still not whiny
This ending actually makes sense, specifically the part where the humans have been sterilized. You can read in some of the flavor text in provinces during the campaign that humans in Kronus have been troublesome and violent under Tau rule. In one of the maps there's lore where an undercover commissar kept stirring shit up and humans started large riots, killing lots of Tau civilians. Add in their fights against the Imperial Guard and Space Marines then it all makes sense. In this ending the Tau are pretty much tired of being constantly being taken advantage off and gave up being nice to the humans in Kronus.
I actually found this weird that Kais even gave Gorgutz a chance to surrender since the Tau already saw the Orks as a lost cause WAY before this, based on what I remember about Tau lore.
ermmm the flayed ones should be underground 🤓🤓🤓
The banner of Tau flys high!
I know no one will ever see this comment.. .but it’s funny that Paul Dobson is in the scene but they don’t use him as the voice for Eliphas, don’t get me wrong, Steve Blum is great. But Paul Dobson brings something special to his 40k roles
