Dorado filet, Los Barriles locals

We landed this 37lb dorado that hit the ballyhoo on the troll. Classic Los Barriles Dorado bite. Locals cut it up and bagged it for us to bring to the restaurants. Prepped as ceviche, nigiri, sashimi and carpaccio. Enjoy!

How much of that 100lb line were you able to get on there.

I believe I got just about 560 years of 100lb. I did not leave room for a topshot as we use small 3ft 300lb leaders for this type of fishing

This reel would be great to troll with for wahoo & dorado as well as fish live baits for bigger fish
