It's a very common tumbling pas in cheerleading and i had former gymnast that switched to cheerleading and I had him perform it in picked he got so much height it just made it look better bc his legs weren't bent.

She just wasn't a good bar worker at all. It wasn't even medal like the commentators said, well part of it was, especialy with the Commaneci, but she was technically a pretty bad bar worker as well.
