My Inkscape 1.3.2 for macos screen doesn't look at all like yours. It's a black frame and I can't find anywhere a way to open the menu to get to extensions?? HELP! I really want this to work. I just bought a $1400.00 embroidery machine. Inkstitch is on board my computer someplace. Thank you.

Can you do a video on spacing the letters correctly if you have a script font or a wonky playful font?

What exactly is the issue with a graphic having too many control points? Can it affect the quality of the embroidery?

Can decorative knockdown stitches be used to fill a design that is just an outline?

Can you convert a HandiQuilter file to a PES?

I have level 2 and I do not see the "branch" feature...

This would have been better if you had dimmed your image so we could have seen your nodes better. Otherwise it was a good video.

I couldn’t get the free version of embrillance essentials to work on my pc. Most everything was greyed out.

I use Babylock machines.

What a perfect solution! I wish I’d had this when my grandson was younger! I’d love to see it for a 5x7 or even a 6x10 hoop or magnetic hoops!

Thank you so much! I've been in touch with Embrilliance customer service and they refuse to help customers learn how to do this unless they can prove they have been in business selling fonts. It's insane considering that we've already paid them for their software. Do I need to have more than 1 character in the name for each letter for the lower case? I see that you have a letter u after each uppercase letter.

Does either version allow lower case fonts?

How do you line up the design on the embroidery machine? How does the machine know where to start stitching so the design is in place?

can you convert a png to pes

This is so helpful! I'm working on saving my native bx font I created. I can see the preview in my font list but the dialog box to save it as bx for my customers doesn't pop up. Even after clicking the copyright button. Any suggestions?

What could be the reason why it saves as be type not pes although I choose to save it as pes.

Are you able to change that 'bean' stitch to a satin stitch with the programs you listed - Stitch Artist 1 and Enthusiast?

Do you keep the working file and stitch file in separate files. Am I right to say if I am only going to use the design once, I would save it as a stitch file? What about the page that is a printout of the colors and a picture of the design, do you save that also?

Hi Julie i love your videos . I have made a jpeg alphabet font of my choice and imported into stitch artist 3 i started with the letter A and digitized it and hit branching when i start the letter B it is not numbering correctly it keeps wanting to be connected to A the letter B is number 1:5 instead of number 2 how do you get each letter to number themselves correctly? Also do you teach a course on stich artist 3 that is what im wanting to learn i have essentials and enthusiast and just about every embrillance upgrade they have im wanting to learn how to digitize correctly.

Thank you so much for being the only person I have found that doesn't gatekeep digitizing fonts! <3 I am curious if you could elaborate on the properties of the underlay? Your topstitch settings are shown which is super helpful! But what about the underlay and tie settings? Do you change them? TIA
