Hey :) The music EQ's are now called 'Impactful' 'Immersive' and 'Balanced'. We're just not calling them "music mode" anymore, as they work for gaming too :)

I'm looking to purchase this AceZone A-Spire Wireless but I've heard that to be able to use the best sound I need to use it with a cable? Dosent that take away the thing to have it wireless? Sounds pretty dumd if that's the case. Is it beacuse of latency issues using Bluetooth or what? Just want to know if that's the case then I won't be purchasing it and used it wired.
The A-Spire Wireless uses a USB C dongle for wireless connection, with no loss in latency or sound quality compared to wired connection. So no worries - kinda wonder where you heard this. Might be confused with the original A-Spire headset, which was a wired headset with oldschool bluetooth features for connecting to smart devices.

Bloody hell. Just did a semi detailed review and it didn't upload the comment. Hell to rewriting that. However I have all three. This is simply outstanding. Rise is better but definitely don't get that one if your not doing lan parties. The wireless spire sounds just as good as the wired. No idea how they have done it but it literally sounds the same but now im not connected to my pc.

This is the dumbest thing I ever heard. Let's say there is a footstep played. Now I understand if your EQ a frequency of that sound a headset can hear it or not depending on how good it's tuned and the volume. But what does time have to do with anything? When you make a statement that your headset are 4 seconds faster, you look quite foolish. How do you even measure that? Are you talking about how long it takes for a player to get close enough for you to hear it with a different headset?

Why do use Pro Players use ther own In-Ears instead of the Headset ? On every Lan they only use the Microfone
In Counter-Strike, it's part of the ruleset. Probably because players have been using them for years and it's just still in the rules. The headsets are able to play extremely good in-game audio, and if you watch an Apex Legends tournament, you will notice no in-ears are used there.

This doesn't make any sense. The game decides when to create the audio, the volume decides if you hear small enough sounds. This video is bullshit.
I guess by tunning up the frequencies where the footsteps are you might be able to hear it louder which might seems like it catches first than others.. im assuming

for 800 Euro, and the cheaper version costs 300 euro and its just Plastic xD. For 300 Euro you get top Tier Mixing Headphones complete High quality. So why didnt you made the cheaper version more like 70-100 euro or made it a lot and i mean a lot more high quality?

What setting is recommended for Forntie acezone, Az gaming, CS2 or Apex? Would love to know from source. Also do you have any plans on creating a customizable EQ setting for users in future to adjust their own profiles for different games? Feel like it would be game changer for you guys. Lastly is there anyway to get louder than the out of box usb-C volumes. I am on forntie plugged straight into usb-C, directional sound stage is definitely something that stands out with you guys but @ 100% volumes on any of the 3 modes I can't say I feel it's loud enough. Not by much but could definitely use a boost. Is there any device or add on you recommend for to make it louder that would still pass threw chip system on USB-C connection?

A-Rise will work for PS5 with both USB and AUX connection.
Does this work well with mobile with usb c? Specifically the iPhone 15 pro max?
Honestly haven't tested, but we will. However, for mobile, we would recommend using the bluetooth feature.

The exact one used in tournaments is called the 'A-Live' headset, unavailble to consumer. We have the 'A-Rise' headset, which is extremely similar and available to consumers.

Could you solve the low volume problem on ps5? I didnt order because of seeing that problem.
AUX is only option for using A-Spire with console. Not meant for USB with console.
They horrible on my Ps5. Do not buy for Ps5 only You will regret it. For Xbox they much better thats it. Footstep wise I can hear them on 29 dollar headset with Dolby atoms the same way no difference. These are meant for pc gamers I believe

Please make sure your headset is updated with latest firmware and use with UAX for PS5. We get loads of feedback that the A-Spire works fonders for FPS games on this console. If you have any additional feedback to this use case, we'd love to hear it.

AceZone A-Rise sidetones can be adjusted in mobile app. AceZone A-Spire has sidetones, which can be adjusted in Windows Settings.
how does this headset perform in games like dayz? where audio cues are important to know if someone is close by. such as someone reloading their magazines with bullets or someone sneezing because they’re sick. or even someone tryna clear a jam on a gun or craft something. i’ve been debating on another headset around similar price until this one popped up today by a reviewer i watch and he said they work exceptionally well in fps games but dayz is very different from cs:go and call of duty
Should works quite well. We get many reports from people using A-Spire in other games than CS:GO, where they say they hear important audio cues better.

Depends on your needs and surroundings. A-Rise is similar to what the pros use on stage. A-Spire has a different design, but will work well in a room with 5 players.

The firmware on pc wont work on my new a-spire headset. As soon as i run it, it stops answering. When i downloaded it from ur webpage i had to manually change it to a «.exe» file. I also hear myself in the mic, thats a bit annoying. Any tips?
Firmware download on the website is for the A-Rise, not the A-Spire. Try using the mobile app for Android or iOS. The hearing yourself is sidetones, which is there to help you monitor your voice level. They can be turned lower manually through windows settings.
Hey, I have been interested in your headset for a while now but I'm a bit reluctant to buy it as there aren't any independent reviews by other sources and your refund policy feels a bit risky. Hey, I bought the a-spire one today. Once it's delivered and I've got the first impressions, I can return to this comment and tell you what it's like. Hopefully I'll remember! For reference, I live alone and can play in quiet environment, faceit level 10. Currently playing with Koss wired earbuds, so will be a big upgrade.

Hello, I live in very noisy environment, near construction. Does this headset have good noise issolation? Will it be any better than the sony wh-1000xm5 which currently is adcvertised as the best sound isolating headset. And whats the difference between a-spire and a-rise? Is the sound issolation for a-rise any better? I don't care about sound quality, just noise issolation.
Worse than the XM5 by a fair margin if you're just wanting ANC quality. Best ANC for a gaming headset but that's really not saying that much given how poor the ANC is on devices like the Steelseries Nova Pro.
