This methodology is nonsense and its a repackage if conventional construction work. Bullshit.
I hate when such methodologies are introduced and then sold using "carefully selected vocab" just to make it sound sellable. I call bullshit on this approach and its effectiveness at site.
I agree that many methodologies sound good to be sold to customers. This method does work, but only as well as the team that is able to implement it. I've seen it done well and poorly on various projects. Most of the success hinges on having the right kind of people leading the Workface Planning effort and knowledgeable construction personnel involved in the site IWP creation. Another problem I've seen is poor execution of software and tools to try and make this "easier."
