The timing, physicality and delivery of "...it's coffee" from John Simm is superlative. The Camberwick Green episode intro (season 2 episode 5) was falling off the sofa funny, made even better by being set up by all that had come before in season one and the first 4 episodes of season 2.
Watching this I got hit with having to go through 3 car commercials . The enthusiasm of old footage of the DB-5 followed by the complete letdown of cars sold today. You really think I'd buy a Nissan Rogue after pairing it with he all time classic Aston Martin? It felt as though I was waiting to see a video of Angelina Jolie and instead they throw on one of the ugly sisters.
Maybe not the best one but one that should have been there was: Sam Tyler - Guv, can I talk to you? Gene Hunt - Blimey, you’re burning up. I don’t know whether to talk to you or to fry me breakfast on you!
