Favorites: excellent dancing videos made by other CZcams users -- mostly of professional dancers and mostly improvisation / social dancing.

Any female who lifts male in this dance .
This move is not for the faint of heart. This is only for the brave! One of those classic of the Lindy Hop "air steps". Tips..... 1. Followers, when you land, be sure you "pile", since you are off the floor as you fly around the leader in the actual aerial. 2. Leaders, bend your knees before you lift that follower into that "round the back". 3. Finally, leaders, duck your head good enough so that way the follower doesn't hit your head with your body when the aerial happens, which can botch that aerial in milliseconds. You never want a botch at any cost! Good luck, Lindy Hoppers!

Cette femme.....jamais!! Lisez bien!! Je parle francais tres mal. Je l"ecris aussi tres mal!!! Nicolle Rochelle n"est pas enracinee dans la culture Africaine-Americaine, pas de tout! Armstrong a déclaré qu'il avait refusé de prendre part à des manifestations publiques parce qu'il craignait pour sa vie. Il craignait également que des policiers racistes ne l'attaquent et lui blessent délibérément la bouche et les mains pour l'empêcher de jouer de la musique! Des criminels racistes avaient déjà fait exploser une bombe en essayant de le tuer. La musique était sa vie. Vous semblez incapable de comprendre la terreur raciste de cette époque. Miles Davis, Dizzy Gillespie et beaucoup d'autres ont soutenu Armstrong. Armstrong a soutenu la lutte en faisant don de grosses sommes d'argent. En 1957, Armstrong a également critiqué ouvertement le président Eisenhower pour ne pas avoir envoyé de soldats pour protéger les écoliers noirs qui étaient menacés par des foules blanches à Little Rock en Arkansas. Pendant sa dernière maladie, elle aimait écouter de la musique jazz dans sa chambre d'hôpital. Mais alors que Billie Holiday gisait dans son lit d'hôpital, les policiers ont enlevé toute sa musique de sa chambre d'hôpital. Ils la détestaient tellement. Nous, ses « fans « le savons. Louis Armstrong et beaucoup d'autres le savait aussi! Nicole Rochelle ....JAMAIS! Je dois répéter ceci: il n'y a rien que vous pouvez me dire au sujet de ma culture !! Rien de tout!

When we did the Balboa, we faced each other and put our foreheads together, and the dance was 1-2-3 kick--1,2,3, kick--no swing dance moves--usually to fast music--1940 era.
Doug Conklin there are still balboa "purists" - but many of us dance "bal swing"
