I feel like it’s a more of a incentive to stop people from committing crimes not only would they get jail time but they would have to pay as well if they knew that they’d have to pay back thousands of dollars I’m sure that would make most criminals rethink about committing certain crimes although I will admit it is abit unfair to those who are already in jail at the time

Yall got your facts all wrong in this video. It was not 14 years since Michael and Janet had seen each other. The Scream video was done in 1995. Janet had given Michael a grammy in the 90s...in 1993...widely known and seen. They had video of family time in the 90s...1991. Now she may not had seen him in a couple of years or a little over a year. They were both touring. But not 14! That would have meant she would have last seen him in the 81 lol. Also, Randy's bit during that reunion show was a part of the act. They did that during most of their concerts.
