Turned out great way better than I thought it would be. Only 1 of the 3 chicks turned out white with a rjf body and black feet. The other hen turned our okay but not as good as this hen, that hen has a bantams body and blue&white feet. While the stag turned out with all white feet and weird body so he has been put into the pot already. Like and subscribe for more!!!

Ive hand selected these 2 out of 10 pullets for next years main breeding. There is also 1 that might make the cut but as of right now these 2 stand out the most. My jungle laid her first egg will she go broody on her 14th egg?
Mine didnt lay that much eggs by herself. She had another hen with her and they both laid together. Usually jungle fowl hens should start being broody around 6 eggs. But every hen is different. Best you can do to help promote her to become broody is to put the nest higher off the ground and in a darker private place. Goodluck!

I'd say a 7/10. He has the ending, but isn't as crisp or sharp. Still has a decent crow though 👍

Hi, sorry about the late reply. I live in Minnesota. Only 1 of the 3 leghorn bantamx Rjf turned out great. It has the face, body, leg color, of a rjf just that the white is not pure. I have a video on my channel Ive posted already. Ill soon upload a update video of that pullet.

Its simple just Rice, chick starter, and fine crack corn mixed with water will get their attention.
@@MidwestJungleFowlsah ok thats good because that stage of rjf chicks are very picky of food...they want insect.
Thats why you got to start trust with them young and they must be weaned from their mother or else theres no chance of taming them. But yea my birds arent high quality rjf too so they arent that picky of eaters.

Honestly I don't know because it doesn't really matter to me what genders I get as long as I have chicks/chickens :) I like to let them grow out and be able to tell their genders when they're stags and pullets, its like a mystery suprize loll
Usually we can figure out in a month old chicks based on the feather arrangement in their wings.

Hi new sub! My main tips are to always have clean water with a dry and warm place. Moisture is probably their biggest threat causing them to get sick easly.

Depending on how much bedding and what type of material you have, it will determine when you change your bedding. My bedding is super dry and I have a descent amount in there so it will garantee be good for 2weeks until ill have to change it. But in general changing bedding every 2weeks is good just to be safe.
