Do we put the water stabiliser on top of the vinyl on top of the water stabiliser if doing a tshirt

I use a Janome 8200, but most sewing machines that are capable of stitching a zig zag stitch should be able to sew rope.

Hi...I really like the fabric you chose, I use folkart spray sanding sealer on both sides of clay pots, and I find that it sucks up much less paint for the project and the pot lasts more years looking great...best wishes 🎉

No, I have not yet had to replace the light.

That is a good question. The hot glue holds up extremely well. I have had bird feeders up for over two years now.
Embroidery is a very nice touch! What size machine needle is used for constructing the basket itself? I am having trouble finding that information again. Someone mentioned jeans needles, someone else mentioned size 100/16, but I can't remember what size clothesline they used with those needle sizes. This "little" detail seems to be skipped over in so many videos...🤷♀️ But, it could make a Big difference in a successful project..💁♀️ Thank you!

Hi, you don't actually "download the pattern from my blog". What you do is, complete the form requesting the pattern and it will be emailed to you. So, if you go to the tutorial page and scroll down near the bottom, you should see a form where you enter your first name and email address. Once submitted, the pattern will be emailed to you. So both fabrics right side out. I wonder if insul-brite has a right/wrong side... Like if the metallic side should be next to the interior fabric, to reflect the heat, or maybe it doesn't matter. Hi Pam...form Texas! =)
According to Insul-Bright, it doesn't matter which way you place the insulated batting. I tend to place the metallic side towards the inside, but it's just a personal preference. Hope this helps!

Do you use same color in the bobbin as well?
No I don’t use the same color in the bobbin.
I am not tech savvy with my computer but have a downloaded adobe file that has to be printed in poster form. But I can’t get my computer to print it. I get message unable to print document no pages selected. Have an HP printer not sure if it’s no longer compatible with the adobe program?? Any suggestions
There could be a number of reasons. The most likely is that somewhere in the file settings, Adobe sees the file as an image. You can try this: Open the PDF file in Acrobat/Reader. Choose File > Print. Click Advanced button in the Print dialog box. In the resulting Advanced Print Setup dialog box, select Print As Image and click OK. If this doesn’t allow you to print the document, you may want to make sure your Adobe application is up to date and that the printer drivers are also current. Hope this helps!

i got a canva document from etsy. i have to import different book covers to the template i received. i was trying to do this on an ipad but it wasn’t working. do you think i need to do it on a laptop? i could not copy a book and past onto the template. thanks in advance
I have found that the iPad doesn’t work as well. I would definitely try a laptop or desktop computer, if that’s an option for you. To be clear, you are able to upload the document (pdf or image), but you’re not able to copy/paste an image into your design. Again, I would definitely try using Canvas in the browser on a laptop or desktop computer and not in the application in a phone or tablet.

Did you have to smash it down some. Mine kept getting hung up and not moving freely. I was so frustrated. It doesn't see that there is a pressure foot adjuster on my machine. It is a beautiful project. Thanks for sharing.
I did not have to smash down the rope. I did use 100% cotton rope that has a cotton core. Is that what you are using? And is your problem occurring when you are sewing the rope or when embroidering on the rope?

What a fabulous idea!! Question: after embroidering did you cut the canvas to the approximate size of the frame and then staple?
Thank you!! ❤ Yes, that’s exactly what I did! Once I stitched the design, I layer the frame down on the canvas, traced around the frame and then trimmed the canvas just inside the marking. Then I stapled it onto the back of the frame.
