Sony announced at the beginning of the year that there will be no first party games coming this year. And then they somehow still dropped bangers with helldiver's and stellar blade. We want first party, we want support for indie devs. We want to have our cake and eat it. Rotten generation. Patience pays, and that's why first party sony games do extremely well and first party Xbox games suck. They think any game is better than no game, sony knows no game is better than a regular game.

tbh, their strategy works. I bought a PS5 after playing Spider-man and God of War 2018 on pc, then bought a ps5 cuz I HAD to play Spider-man 2 and God of War Ragnarok DAY 1

PlayStation 5 pro connected to a external graphics card it worked for Dell computers. Alienware. Create a PlayStation 5 pro that can connect to graphics cards but still have its own internal graphics. PlayStation 5 games. To the next level. They can call it the PlayStation 5 pro elite

As a pc player I bought a ps5 for a couple reasons, better games than Xbox, I didn’t want to spend the money for a couch pc (a pc That’s for the living room which for my 4k monitor would require a decent machine), because not all games come to pc *couch* bloodborne *couch*, and with what’s been happening with digital ownership lately I’ve been buying all my stuff physically on console and if it’s a game I really like and will want to play again I add it to my Steam wishlist and wait for it to go on sale enough for it to be worth it to me. If they go full digital then I’m going back to just buying everything on pc.

So i had Playstation Now that i auto paid for monthly before they did away with it and added it into PS+. Sony offered me PS+ Premium at that same price. Long story short Jimmy I've wondered why you've always said that streaming has sucked for you. I've used it for every game I've been able to so i don't have to buy extended memory. Wonder why we've had such different experiences..? I've not had one bad experience streaming games. My internet speeds are 42Mbs download and 14Mbs upload so by no means the fastest you can buy lol I have my PS5 hard wired but can't see that that would make any difference..

If you have the money just get both consoles and pc. I use my consoles for exclusive games and my pc for multiplayer.

The real question is how many of that 65% would have Plus if online was free? The free games are meh but I have Plus primarily to play online and I can't be the only one that feels this way.

I'm the same way I don't play free games and I don't buy microtransactions the last microtransaction I bought was Sauron skin for Assassin's Creed Valhalla and I definitely don't buy microtransactions on free games if I were to buy one it would have to be absolutely awesome and I don't play fortnite any Call of Duty games or Apex Legends I don't like live service games. For me to play a game has to be third person and exploration with a free battle system

Well... The only game I wanted from PS was Rebirth and I was already gonna have to wait, and then Square Enix decided they were done with exclusives so I might get that a little sooner and the third game might actually be Day and Date. Sony hasn't sold me on a console in over a decade, it's just not worth it for me.

Lots of talk about building a PC. The thing with the Sony games being bought on PC are people who already own the hardware. No one in their right mind will build a PC just for Sony games. The ps plus premium is worth it now you can buy movies and get huge discounts on movies! Sony put its sony studio app on the ps5 to buy and watch movies!!!! I get discounts on movies plus games and everything its so worth the money now for the premium.

I find it funny when people say PS5 is not doing well because 4 years into the generation half of the userbase is still on PS4. These same people completely forgot that PS2 stopped production when PS4 released. And PS3 was going strong half way through PS4 gen too. Some people just don't think before talking.

Sony didn't leak the final shape. A couple people got access to the first mission and took screenshots of some final shape weapons and the season pass. Bungie was able to lock the server down and shut the user in question out of the system. People who say they released the entire expansion early are incorrect and unnecessarily hyping the situation up. It was 100% a Sony error and seems to be common with them as they have done the same thing with other games like Elden Ring.
