64 years old born in New Orleans ans lived in Mobile since I was 2 so Mobile is my home and I love it but now I find myself selling out and moving to Arkansas to live by my daughter and grandaughter to live the last part of my life a sad and I hope happy time. Different anyway ❤

My experience is that NOBODY smiles in Alabama. My car broke down there and I was stuck there for two weeks, in hotels, waiting for a transmission to be shipped from Pennsylvania. Being from the midwest, with 15 years in Los Angeles, It was unsettling, actually.

Good God Guy. Pick a place to live! I've lived at the same location for 53 years (In Fairhooe) - Ok, I was elsewhere in the Military, but this was home.

Great video Jeff. I remember EVERY trip to the Enviromental Center growing up in Mobile. Looked forward to that fieldtrip every year. West Mobile is a great place to live. You can find EVERYTHING you need. These areas you shared in the video are well maintained and a desired part of Mobile to reside. If you're looking to move to Mobile, West Mobile is growing and it's still affordable compared to national housing costs.

West Mobile looks nice with lots of pretty neighborhoods 😊 Love the Crepe Myrtle trees too, we have them up here in Huntsville as well, and have seen them in NC also.

We ended up moving to Huntsville, AL from Pensacola, but I still like watching your videos 😊. We came close to moving to the Eastern Shore, but ended up with a job offer in Hville. We like it up here, it’s actually quite nice! Hope you keep making videos though, as it’s fun “driving” around Mobile with your tours 👍🏻

I live in Fairhope but have a place on the water in DI and absolutely love the serenity of it. Favorite thing to do is read a book on my porch with a cup of coffee overlooking the bay side.

US-98 connects West Palm Beach, FL with Natchez, MS. The route goes concurrent with Moffett Rd in that part of Mobile.

Not sure if I will return to Mobile, but your videos have me starting to consider it. Not interested in the “MacMansions.” More interested in newer or updated small cottage style homes. Anyway, just sharing my appreciation for your videos. I miss my hometown sometimes 🙂
