I love you're no BS approach to things. Is that a school you're flying? May not be much interest these days, but how about your no longer used analog gear?

sweet flying spot looks pretty chill. Makes me realize how much I need to rebuild my freestyle quad and just get out and fly more. I had to figure out when I found you cause I wasn't sure and it was your evade RiD video. Anyway, I think it would be a decent idea to do some type of basic drone stuff like maybe frame or motors you like or something like that.

I only run CNHL Ministar so far. and yes they aren't as good as Tattu Lipos, but they also cost a lot less than Tattu packs. I only charge them via balance chargers at 1A. Never had any issues with mine except they deteriorated after a year. Normally i get about one season out of them (a 5 min flight becomes a 3-3.5 min flight after a year), so i tend to buy a lot each year, like 20 of each size I use, during Black Friday and in the regular flash sales. If I need quality over quantity, I use Tattu packs. Different packs for different purposes. After all if you mess up and destroy a cheap CNHL pack, it hurts far less than an expensive Tattu pack.

Idk if I would totally agree about the community thing, I’ve recently attended a whoop crawl where we went around downtown flying whoops, and we had a mix or every system out there (DJI HD Zero Analog, CRSF ELRS FrSky) and we all had a good time and made friends with all of them:(

As a newbie to FPV but a long term politics follower, it has been massively frustrating seeing the lack of understanding around this issue. It has everything to do with Geopolitics and how this intertwines with wider economics, rather than the microeconomics of one drone company being able to buy a new law. If the Government's agenda didn't line up, they would have been sent packing. It's just that in this case the agenda and the paycheck are singing from the same hymnbook. Liked and subscribed 👍 To note I have a DJI Avata 2, was the cheapest option for me to get into FPV with no hassle in Northern Ireland. I imagine our lawmakers will follow suit soon, so hopefully I'll have time to learn enough about custom builds by then.

I agree with alot of what you're saying, but there is definitely evidence of Skydio actively lobbying to cause anti-chinese fear mongering rules. They have been throwing millions of dollars at congress critters for years. The currently proposed legislation is awful. They want a $100 fee + 30% on any imported FC, ESC, Motor, or VTX, and over 5 years it goes up to $100 fee + 50%. The bill is masked by supporting First Responders and Farmers to get broad appeal. Fuck Skydio, and fuck anyone who's taking/giving money to intentionally fuck up all drones.

I would agree with most of what you said. Here is where I have a problem and why I give this video a thumbs down. You spent a lot of time bashing the china hobby battery and a lot of time going Neener Neener I was right, but nothing on why you like the Zee battery. The problem In my opinion with the FPV community is we as regular folks (non-influencer) can no longer trust a review because it seems its only about affiliate links and or join my Patreon. Also people will go on and on for why they don't like a product but never say why they like the product they are using and visa versa. An example is this I fly DJI goggles 2 and DJI FPV system goggles Version 1. I can tell you why I like them (another post for another day) if asked and I can say why I prefer digital over analog because I have flown and owned both. In short tell me why you dont like something but then tell me why you do like the alternative. Otherwise its just complaining and a " look Im smarter than the other guy" video. My rant for now. you're totally right. cnhl is super cheap though. I use their batteries for experiments but yeah I wouldn't rely on them, but they supplement my main dogcom batteries.

I just looked up the price of those ZEEEEEeEEEEEE batteries and they cost more than an R-Line V3, and they weigh more 👀 Never tried one myself, don't know anybody who has. Now I want to😅

Looking forward to your in depth on DJI drones, because I've yet to see any proof of a single allegation about them. I've been telling everyone I know that it is a bunch of anti competitive BS and political fearmongering, and I'm always willing to be corrected. I'm glad you have a lot of information available to set me straight and can't wait to see it, because I really hate to misinform people and feel terrible if I have done so through ignorance.

The recent legislation to be introduced is applying a 60% tariff (increasing in stages- plus 100 feee on all components), including the equipment you are using in this video. It isn't limited to DJI anymore - at least in attempts. Look at Stefanik's (with bipartisan support) suggested bill.

About the batteries....it's all relative. Some people don't need performance they just float around...just like gimbal some people need hall some use pots. Chl batteries are trash if u demand performance from. Your battery

What is that board on your goggle strap? Is it a voltage regulator? Genuinely curious?

I would just replace the bad cell or reduce the cell number to a 4s.
