Unfortunately, I don’t know that answer, I would definitely recommend reaching out to clear lids
I’m not sure. I would definitely reach out to the company and ask that question. I’m sure it has no effect as it takes the original position position of the factory roof.

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM, it is a shocking bit of rubbish that cost quite alot of money. My roof was fitted for 10 days then removed and put back in its box. The company knows it has issues and replied stating they are improving their products because of the issues. This offers little comfort for the poor customers that have bought this rubbish. The roof leaks on both sides, it collects water in the centre which basically pulls the sides causing the gaps to increase. The bits of sticky tape they provide to protect the paint on your roll cage are woefully inadequate , because when you tighten the bracket down, the edge cuts through the tape and cuts into the paint. Suntop offered me a refund, but, I had to return the roof to Italy which is where this crap is made and distributed from. This was going to cost me over £250 which they would not cover. The roof is still in the back of my garage and I bought a MOPAR set up which is FAR SUPERIOR and does not leak or have any issues whatsoever. Do yourself a favour, leave this crap WELL ALONE.
Ah the classic “I bought a Jeep and expected GWagon quality”. I’ve had this top for over 5 years and I love it. Yeah I get a couple drops of water on me here and there but I’m not a princess, nor do I think I am. All of the parts they give you in the box work flawlessly. I would say your review has some correct information and then some information that would be categorized as more of a complaint because it didn’t do exactly what you wanted it to do. Anyways, enjoy that mopar top taking up space in the back of your Jeep when you fold it back. Lol
@@dillanknotts Had a 4 door JK Sahara Wrangler for 7 years beforehand with a Besttop roof and never had one ounce of issues!!! Bought the JL Rubicon 4 door and immediately bought the Suntop leaky bit of crap that after 10 days was completely removed as its not fit for purpose. So not expecting GWagon quality when buying a Jeep as would never buy a Gwagon!!! Makes me wonder are you affiliated to Suntop, or did you get yours from them for free !!!!???? LOL Really glad that there is a happy customer. To go into the 'parts they give you in the box' that you are really happy with. I think you have a different product to what we were sold here in the UK because I also know of 3 other people i the UK that were not happy with their leaking roof. To start with they supply some thin clear tape to put on your coloured roll cage to protect the paint when you clamp the steel brackets down. This does not work and the edges dig into the paint breaking it. Then they give you a 8cm chunk of foam with adhesive on it which is there to try in a vain attempt to stop the roof caving into a concave rain pool which also opens the gaps even more. I also know of customers in the US that have had this exact issue, so maybe you live in the desert and keep it undercover when it actually rains for 5 minutes each year. This product to buy was over £1300 (approximately $1600 dollars) its not fit for purpose and there are many customers that feel EXACTLY the same. Nothing to do with buying a Jeep and expecting GWagon quality. Simple, when it rains it should not fill the middle with water which opens the gaps that are there even more.

You have to take everything off, however, it usually only takes me about 15 minutes to take the mounts off

This was more of a cinematic vid! I’ll be doing a lot of videos about the products soon.
I just put one on today. And it was fairly simple and as long as I had the other top off I put Vaseline on all the rubber seals thin coat. Two of the hand bolts I had trouble starting because the top didn't come perfectly straight where the bolts were but I moved the top around with my hands until I could get it to start threading properly. So just be sure under the shell that the nuts are coming down straight if not guide them with your fingers. But I love it thanks for your content. 🤠

I have both! Two completely different products. One is better for the people who don’t take the top off as much, and on is for the people who love the top off. I love both of them.

definitely not a jeep killer. you obviously don't know shit lol. ford basically build a vehicle to be able to keep up with a jeep. its not better or worse. interior is made from cheap material unlike the jeep. the bronco has yet to be in the hands of true off road enthusiast so a lot of flaws are yet to be found. jeeps been in the off-road game for a really long time and ford just copy and pasted all their ideas
