ya it was made to feel good from lvl 1, you likely wont get the pants until somewhere between lvl 35-50 once you get to WT3, they have a high chance to drop from the seasonal caches I think. They just really change the way it feels with how you use your mana

This is an old build from season 1 and the damage equation works completely different now so I can't recommend this setup anymore. I'm going to be reworking this in the 2.0 PTR this week and will be making an updated video!

@@Zikorik unless you've changed it it shows only 225 points spent on paragon but i forgot that I can just watch the video, lol. I'm used to looking at the guides. I'll just do that

@@saintanubis6177 225 is how many points are available in season 5 right now which is what I made the build for, 330 is the new amount in PTR that will be available next season with 2.0 update (I'll hopefully have time to make an updated version of this before PTR ends we'll see)

Are you following a guide to the point? I started a new Sorc yesterday and leveling felt smooth. From 1-35. After 35 I put on Shako, Tyraels and Ring of starless😂and the rest is history😂

this video was made for live season 5 leveling 50-100 with paragon, not patch 2.0 with level 1-60. Also there's a huge stat crunch that happened so numbers will be way lower in general. I just posted a familiar leveling build I tested yesterday in the PTR that would perform alot better than this probably.

holy moly ur massive, that's awesome. I'm using poison/shadow lucky hit temper on weapon to proc 4th stack. what are you using for overpower procs? I'd love to try an overpower build for sorc too but it just doesn't seem like there are enough tools for us to enable it. was messin around leveling an overpower upheaval barb last week and it was super fun

@@Zikorik yea our overpower toolkit is very limited, but the burn damage can be massive

I super agree! Everyone I play with is so excited, not just by the spiritborn, but also by the idea we can go fight on 10 person teams. Whew! Fun, fun! Can't wait to see what you think!

missed this comment, think I responded to you in someone else's thread but wanted to make sure u saw this: All the crackling energy is coming from chain lightning crits - make sure you have the Destructive Chain Lightning upgrade in the skill tree. If you're underleveled or your crit chance isn't high enough, you won't see nearly as many because it's all dependent on chain lightning critting. I'd use the leveling version I posted in the pinned comments until you're 100 with at least 50% crit chance (Esu's Heirloom helps crit chance ALOT if you can find a good pair of those)

Appreciate the feedback - this definitely isn't the top end bossing build. The higher your crit chance, the more crackling energy you will see. A good pair of Esu's helps A TON with this. I also try to build up crackling energies around the boss for the stagger phase then dive through as many as I can during that so they are hitting with all the cc multipliers up

In general the pit boss health scaling is pretty wack rn. The build I've been working on clears the T110 mobs in about 3-5 mins then the boss takes 8-10 mins lol. I think the most you can do in this build is make sure you're keeping max chain lightnings up and staying close whenever possible - your crackling energy explosions pop for big dmg, so if possible try to build a bunch up around the boss right before the stagger then dive through them all to get those procs to hit with all the multipliers up

I am having the same issue not dropping crackling lightning bubbles. Did you figure out why?

@@Zikorik Have to say that after trying it out, I was getting nice numbers on the training dummies (up to 180m), but it was too inconsistent and felt slow when I tried it for infernal hordes. LS is everywhere for a reason; it comes out way ahead of other builds. By personal comparison, it was taking me over 3 mins to kill the t7 council with CL and under 15 seconds to kill them with LS.

ngl homie this game is so buggy that I can't recommend hardcore for anyone lol, respect. I wouldn't go for this one on hardcore probably - it's meant to be more offensive bursty than super survivable. Check out some of the sorc builds from Lurkin on mobalytics he makes solid meta ones, mine are usually a bit more experimental

Dope I'll give it a go at some point! I've been really attached to Esadora's since last season when I couldn't get a build to work with it LOL
