I am a Farmer Video Champion, a title awarded by the African Forum for Agriculture Advisory Services (AFAAS) and Malawi Forum for Agriculture Advisor Services (MAFAAS)after completing Training on Farmer Videos in July 2022. Video Production has been my passion and feeds into my futuristic thinking of how to develop agriculture in Malawi. My perspective is that one meaningful video post can transform the whole agriculture sector and spur a new movement for the rightful changes we need.
Farmer videos are lifelong learning tools that enhance their knowledge, skills and attitudes towards agriculture. They demonstrate the practical side of improved technologies or effective approaches toward crops and livestock production.
