Good to see you again, buddy:)
I appreciate you sticking around Yohan! Yeah this CZcams is a real struggle with no reward except getting comments from my subscribers like you, so it means a lot to hear from you bro!
Brett, are you getting ready for 2024 HAN's?
You know I am buddy! Hope to see you there.
Great video! Something I needed to do also!
Thanks for watching and for the wonderful feedback!
Hi Bro! You definitely know your shit! 😅💪
Thanks for you comment Diego! I appreciate you family!
That’s a good easy trail. Great video. Your temp is good. That thing can run ridiculous high temp. 205/210 is normal. Even 225 is considered normal
Thanks for commenting and watching the video Mike! It ended up being a water pump. It only over heated when the weather was near 100° and I was wheeling on the trail. It did it again on Slick Rock and I had to change it on the side of the trail. That video will drop next week. Thanks again!
Awesome. Glad you got it sorted out
Have that exact vehicle I always wondered if a zombie apocalypse happened will I be ok. You just proved I will be ok
Hahaha 😂 yeah you’ll be fine and riding in comfort. Thanks for the comment!
Fantastic video- very helpful. Thank you so much for making it. I am having the problem that the linkage pin keeps pulling out of the actuator arm everytime I press the button to make the seat go down. The parts don’t look broken- I think it may have to do with the gear on the motor being in the wrong spot similar to what happened to you once the seat was reinstalled. Wondering- did the pin repeatedly falling out happen to you until the gear on the motor was in the correct position? Thank you again.
Thanks for watching and commenting on the video! No, the linkage did not pop out when I discover the gear was clocked wrong. I really don’t think that would cause it. If you watch the portion of the video where I hooked the linkage up you will see there is a plastic clip that the linkage rod goes into. Make sure that it’s clocked right because the rod snaps into it at only one angle because of a slot in it the rod fits into. If it’s not snapping in you may need a new clip but I don’t think Audi sells it separately from the whole seat assembly. I hope this helps, good luck and let me know if it works for you.
Which torx?
I can’t remember the size of the torx unfortunately. I think around a T4 possibly. Thanks for watching the video, don’t forget to subscribe!
Super🎉🎉🎉🎉
Thank so much for watching and commenting. I appreciate the channel support! Don’t forget to subscribe! 👍🏾
Have same problem. Would you be able to take the polstring of without taking the seat out of the car?
Yes, it can be done without taking the seat out of the vehicle. Thanks for watching and subscribing, your support is appreciated!
In which mode are you what’s tires do you have
I was in off-road mode and the tires are Toyo Proxes ST. To be honest after 2 years the Toyo’s are getting a little noisy on the road so I will probably replace them with my favorite all weather tire the Continental DWS. Thanks for watching and subscribing, the support helps the channel!
Thank u so much from Tunisia 🇹🇳 , I have the same problem with my Audi a4 avent 2017 ! Great video
I glad you enjoyed the video and I hope it helps! Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe!

Yoe Yoe!!!!!! Great video man!!!!! Blessings my brother!!!!!
Thanks @chevysrus I appreciate you my brotha!
Nice to see you again brett. I hope you are alright, buddy
Thanks for the comment Johan, I appreciate you still supporting the channel. I have been very busy lately and it’s been a struggle to keep up but I’m slowly working through it. I may have to do some family vlogging to fill the gaps.
Do they ask you or tell you anything about being from Cali? I’m trying to order some parts but I’m afraid they won’t let me pick up the parts once they see my id and it says California.
Nah they not tripping off that. In most cases you can even order online you just have to provide the pre smog year of your Vehicle. I’ve never had trouble with Summit. I do however go once a year in person to get some of the big items. I hope this helps, and thanks for watching. Don’t forget to subscribe!
Just subscribed! But appreciate you getting back. I got to place a special order and go out to Nevada to pick up. I just don’t want to drive out there and be denied. Thanks for the help!
Looks good Brett 🎉
Thanks for the support Rob! I appreciate you my brotha!
When did you get the Mercedes?
It’s my girls car. Probably won’t do much to it.

try summit racing , EBC brakes. You will stop faster. with less peddle effort.
Thanks for the comment @billhagerman4475 I will try to see if Summit have the front cross drilled and slotted rotors for the front. Good idea.
Good to see u again brett! Good work😊
Thanks Johan, I’m trying fam! It’s nice having the support from across the world! We take this intentional my guy, yheeee 🤘🏾

Bro!!!!! Welcome back!!!
Thanks my guy, it’s good to be back. I had a lot of family stuff to take care of so had to step away for a bit. Thanks for sticking around Fam!
Awesome work bro keep it up 👍
Thanks @Q8FAB I appreciate the support and encouragement!
Hey! After you replaced everything and took it for a test drive. Did the engine light come back on or did you hear the same noises. Because I have the same problem 2017 Audi Q7 3.0. And someone told me I have to replace the motor and at the same time I have to reprogram it so the engine light won’t come back on. I can’t just go ahead and clear the code.
Nope, no engine light and no noises after I cleared the code. I required no programming of the motor either. But note the parts were original Audi parts (air shutter and motor together as one unit). I only did what you see in the video replaced it and clear the code. It’s been almost 2 years and no issue. Thanks for watching and don’t forget to subscribe!
this makes me want to try to see if my Q5 can do some off roading, i think i may have more ground clearance than the Q7s
Do it! The Quattro system works great. Hopefully you don’t have low profile tires and big rims like I do. Keep in mind I did have light rocker panel damage, although I didn’t get video of that angle. Thank for watching and don’t forget to subscribe!
@@BrettMedia ok bet. and naw i was thinking about putting some rims on it but not until after i put her on a nice trail.
sounds good. not something I'm willing to do but i can respect it. i got the roc euro as well and was disappointed with the sound so i got a bmc air filter with better air flow and its definitely more noticeable than the stock filter but not quite as loud as your set up but im satisfied. maybe once i decide to go to stage 2 with the pulley change ill get a little more whine. nice video
Thanks for watching and for your support! Yes, the pulley change and a tune will definitely make it whine more. I had the ARP pulley and a stage 2 tune on my old 2013 Q7 and it was amazing. I haven’t done the pulley on this one yet.
That's not a nailhead. The nailhead was a design from the early 1950s and was considerably different. The 300 is a small block Buick V8 based on the aluminum 215 that debuted in 1961. Later iterations of this V8 were 340 and 350 cubic inches. The famed Buick V6 was basically this engine minus two cylinders.
Thanks for the comment, I appreciate your feedback! 🤘🏾
If anyones having issues with the flywheel spinning, thread in a bellhousing bolt into the back of the motor, with a wrench in the hole and key the wrench into the flywheel teeth to help keep it in place.

I wish this was a little more in-depth. I have to replace my sunroof on my G37.
Sorry, #mybad. I’m not sure if they’re the same but if so it’s not that hard to do especially if you’re just replacing the glass. Thanks for watching!
Cool 👌🏽
Thanks for the comment, I’m glad you enjoyed the video. I appreciate your support!
Yooo man! Thank you for this upload. Recently had a new sunroof put into my g35 but there’s shattered pieces of glass messing with the sunroof binds. I’m confident i can fix it myself thanks to you big dawg
Glad to help my guy! Thanks for your comment and support!
How’s the Buick coming along
Man Sammie, it’s been a minute since I’ve worked on the Buick. I’ve had a lot going on around the house the past 3 weeks. I hope to get back on it this weekend. Thank you for the support and the push to get back to it again. Stay in touch fam!
What code do you have?
Thanks for your comment, I had a “P05 A0” code. I hope this helps you!
Thank I have a same problem whit the p25AC00 I thing so is the oil cooler housing and oil cooler valve
How much did the part that needed cost?
The parts were about $350. 1 week lead time on special order.
How is it going now. How does it feel relative to the standard.
It felt pretty standard as compared to the stock clutch. I never made it past the break in before I sold the car to fund the next project so I never got a chance to smash on the gas. It held great on a few slide though. I honestly almost regret selling it. However I can’t keep every project. Thanks for your comment fam!
Awesome. It does well in the right hands huh?
Yes, The Audi does pretty good. I love the Quattro system. Also does well on slippery boat ramps and mountain snow conditions.
Nice colour in the brakes bro👌
Thanks bro!
Did you have to worry about the pinion gear preload?
No, I didn’t touch the pinion gear so no preload adjustments or checks. I reuse existing ring gear and pinion so as long as the backlash, runout and tooth patten are in spec you should be good. You will also need to set your carrier bearing preload. I hope this helps. This full video is on my channel for more reference.
Jeep looks good 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾I like the name !! Can’t wait to see it on the trails !!
Thanks for the comment @heavychevymoegritty I can’t wait until spring so the snow melts off the trails!
