I brought Panasonic AC 2021 modal now after using 3 years it got repaired, company service saying that there is a gas leak takes 5k for the repair and no guarantee that it will work after repair. I brought it for 45k and now just for 3 years I need to pay 5k extra with no hope of working longer. Previously I have LG AC which have a life of 10 years but Panasonic lost it's life on just 3 years. They service is very much disappointed in india.

Tried absolutely everything, disabling 2.4Ghz + 5GHz dual band on my (RT-AX86U Pro) WiFi routers to only 2.4Ghz, changing to Wifi different channels, even casting 2.4GHz Wifi from my phone thinking it's a router issue. Tried using Comfort Cloud app on different phones (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra & Google Pixel) with different Android version. In the background I would see my AC units would spawn "Panasonic-CS-V2-eM00" WiFi connection, to which I couldn't connect to (didn't know the password). Regardless, no matter what I did I couldn't get through step 12 and basically the pop-up to connect the unit to wireless connection would never show up, and I would end up with: "No Devices found. Make sure the device you want to connect to is turned on and ready to connect" error. I even contacted Panasonic support which suggested I try tomorrow, since failed attempts could've blocked me from short while. But then I realized Comfort Cloud app has a "Click here to connect without entering a password" option which allows you to connect using WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) which worked like a charm. Hope this helps someone, as I couldn't find this information anywhere on the internet.

Hi. When Measure the out door and indoor unit, does the voltage need to fluctuates for the PCB to be good? If a static voltage like let’s say 30VDC (does not fluctuates) is considered good or bad? Thanks for the helpful video

Wow that's an ugly solution. Why don't these systems have it built in and with a wired ethernet option as well.

I just wish the UK Installation and Operation Manuals were written by someone who can write fluent English - you'd think a company the size of Panasonic could afford to do better. Aside from the broken English which makes it all very difficult to read, we have incomprehensible paragraphs like: "Internal Setting Temperature - Once the operation starts, remote control setting temperature will be taken as base value for temperature shifting processes. These shifting processes are depending on the air conditioner settings and the operation environment. The final shifted value will be used as internal setting temperature and it is updated continuously whenever the electrical power is supplied to the unit."

Just FYI in the paper instructions it doesn't mention you need to wait for a beep after you press 'SET' button. It also doesn't mention that there are 2 'SET' buttons. So when you are configuring from your remote controller and after choosing '2' make sure you press the big 'SET' button next to the up/down buttons and not the small pinhole button next to the wifi button.

Our 2014 Panasonic ducted system installed in 2015 has been used intermittently in summer only which equates to around 3 - 4yrs usage total. This unit has been repaired 5 times in that period mostly from loss of gas due to incorrect copper pipe flanging and a faulty regas connector valve leaking. At $160/kg and a capacity of 3.5kg , having it regassed 3x in the first 5 yrs has been expensive enough - not a product failure but more an installation error- but now the main outdoor pcb control board has died for no apparent reason, no black marks or swollen components, it just died probably due to onboard component failure. The cost of a replacement board? Try $1380.00 !! This is outrageous in the extreme especially considering it is obviously NOT a quality board. Needless to say we will never recommend or buy Panasonic products again in our lifetime, the quality just isn’t there with this brand anymore. Panasonic have recently returned some domestic AC production to Japan from China but its too late for us sitting here in sweltering heat and 85% humidity with no AC yet again, we seriously regret the day we chose Panasonic and handed over our $12000.00 for their GARBAGE.
