They’re actually quite common in Thailand. The chain is very big. Maybe not global but covers a lot of cities in Thailand. The one in this video however, is the first prime burger that I tried about an year ago. Once I was aware of the brand I quickly found other restaurants in Thailand. Very delicious!!!

Your video is not showing the real great theaters in Bangkok. Go to CentralWorld shopping mall and check "The Bed" theater. Or go to Siam Paragon and check the "Enigma" theater. You are watching the movies lying in a full flat bed in these amazing cinemas. Its simply amazing! Its always my first place to go out when dating a new Thai girlfriend ;-)

Smoked Salmon is NOT a health food, it's high in sodium and nitrites which can cause cancer. Salmon should be ingested baked, grilled, steamed or pan fried in olive oil nothing more. The other stuff looks good. Also, Thousand Island dressing is NOT healthy, try Balsamic Vingarette instead.
