No button press to stop it when you arrived at your ball? Thx.
If you place the handset on the handle while taking your shot, then there is no need to press any buttons to stop Follow mode. However, if you want to keep the handset in your pocket when taking a shot then you can simply press 'STOP' on the handset to stop Follow mode.
@@StewartGolf One more:is there a fully manual mode, e.g. if the battery dies? I think I saw that one can disengage the rear wheels and just push. Thx
@@christopherporreca9796 Yes, the rear wheels can be easily placed into 'freewheel' mode so that the trolley can then be pushed. You can also monitor battery percentage using our mobile app.

How is it down hill on a wet course?
The Q Follow features downhill braking in Follow mode. In particularly wet conditions the stopping distance may increase slightly, depending on grip. During the winter months, we would recommend using our winter wheels for increased traction on wet terrain.
Hi I've got a q follow but the buttons to erect handle is too stiff I'm having real problems with it? Any suggestions to make it easier? It's definitely annoying and is a major flaw

No accessibility for Deaf people as no subtitles
Nice idea. But courses will ban it. Can you imagine overseeding with the wrong seed? Fescue, anyone? Pops Racer would be proud of the self-deployed aeration wheels though. An autojack would be helpful in crossing streams. Big miss leaving that out. You rushed this thing to market, it seems. I think I’ll wait for that in Gen2.

I bought my Stewart Golf buggy 15 years ago and after 15 years on tough Aussie golf tracks my beautiful machine sadly got tired and joints have given way. I'm buying a new one! Thank You guys for a wonderful product. Grateful Aussie. BTW: The original battery is still going strong!

Disappointing that it doesn't have the follow feature on this trolley. Kind of shame to be honest as your meant to add features to the newer model not taking it away.

To see your enthusiasm , craftsmanship , professionalism and sheer love of what you do at first hand was an inspiration , and I’m so pleased the business continues to go from strength to strength . At 15:24. 3 hour round..????…are they running the 18 holes….never less than 4 at our club for a 4 ball….
This study used 16 elite college golfers, and would've been a mix of 2, 3 & 4 ball rounds. It's also safe to assume they're capable of getting round the course a lot quicker than the average golfer too!
When was this model released? Is there a video guide on its full operation and maintenance?
The VERTX was released in March this year, but we don't currently have a video guide for this product. Hopefully this will be available soon

Love my Q Follow!
My wife bought me one of the original X1 remote trolleys after a footballing injury. I got loads of positive comments when it hit the golf course... it was a solid piece of kit and lasted 12+years until I traded up.(no 32, I'm sure someone is still probably enjoying it on the course) I've upgraded again since to the new Q-VERTX and I'm enjoying using this to... keep up the good work.

Undecided if this is the one to go with or wait for the Follow version…..🧐
We don't have any current plans for a new Follow model, so the VERTX will remain as the only trolley with ATC until at least 2024.
Looking to buy one soon but can't get my head around why you wouldn't use a thumb stick to control these, seems you can't go forward and turn at the same time without using two buttons which isn't easy one-handed? Need to look at the ND2 carp fishing bait boat style controls 😃
To move the trolley forward you only need to press the forward button once (you don't need to hold it down). Therefore you can easily turn the trolley left and right while it's moving forward.
