Are you putting theh art on the bottom with the rubber coaster feet or on the top of the final piece?
Thank you for your question. We do not have detailed information about the specific type of glue used on the rubber feet. To ensure optimal adhesion, we designed the product with a blank space where the feet attach, allowing the glue to bond directly to the acrylic. The rubber feet are positioned on the same side as the artwork, but they do not come into contact with the ink.

When i took the print to the plotter and followed all the steps, the machine read the id cut lines fine i hit REMOTE and it began to cut from about 19 inches offset of where the print was located

What a joke! Our DTF Mimaki TxF300-75 printer hasn’t worked since day one. We’ve had numerous technicians come to repair it, and countless parts have been replaced. Despite all this, it’s still not functioning. Avoid this printer at all costs! If you’re thinking about buying this, feel free to reach out to me for more details. I will be more than happy to help you give up this idea.

They come in a variety of sizes and ink configurations to meet your needs. Please contact your printer supplier and they will be able to request and schedule samples and demos.

@IldefonsoZanette Hello, the black layer is to block out the day/night areas you don’t want to show through. This application can also be produced as a color/white/color print depending on the composition of the art.

Hello! RasterLink comes free with the machine. However, TXLINK is a more advanced textile RIP for optimizing digital textile printing. It offers features such as job nesting, spot color allocation to spot channels with PSD and TIFF files, and variable data (e.g., importing uniform numbers and names from CSV files to create print jobs).
Saludos desde Nicaragua; tengo un equipo TS100-1600 sublimación, con todo los datos especificados en el video, he realizado pruebas múltiples en perfil de entrada y salida, cambiando perfiles, subir densidad, ajustado limite de tinta, lo que hace es o me carga el papel de tinta o seco .. pero ninguna de estas pruebas me da un rojo como debería verse, sino da una tonalidad anaranjada rojiza, uso los perfiles de la pagina de mimaki, he usado casi todos y nada con el color rojo que necesito

Fun fact: This was this employee’s first video with Mimaki, filmed at the beginning of lockdown when everyone was going CRAZY. Thankfully, he’s learned a lot since then. This just shows that anyone, even beginners, can create graphics with Mimaki products.
I have a Mimaki TxF150-75 with rasterlink 7. I use Photoshop to create. Some of my whites are not being printed. A small amount of areas on the image that are white won't print, and the underside wont print in that area as well. I watched a video on youtube about 3 layers, and middle layer is a silhouette of 70% black. I need to know how to not have to do all of that. Plus how do I make white letters to go on a black shirt if rasterlink 7 is not recognizing all white as an image?
Hello, When you save the file in Photoshop as a TIFF format, make sure to check > Save Transparency box on the bottom left. When printing white letters, everything you want to print white will need to be brought into RasterLink7 as a specific color that contains at least one pixel of ink. Use this file to create a white special plate that will replace the original file you brought in. There is no need to have more than 2 layers composited together when printing on the TXF150-75 at one time. Be aware that with Valid Pixel your areas of white with no color will drop out. Be sure to add at least one pixel of color to those areas so you will have the desired print results.

Hello, No. Our UV LED roll-to-roll machines do not have the capability to limit curing on clear ink or primer, (primer is not available on roll-to-roll) which is required for this application.
we do have one of this at work which we recently bought but the cut function is greyed out and the tech just told us he has no idea about the setup. There was no cds added except the installation disk. How can we get this working?

Hola buen dia, yo tengo una mimaki CJV30-160 BS y utilizo RASTERLINK PRO 5 SG, aqui tengo un perfil hecho por los tecnicos funciono excelente pero hubo que formatear esta computadora e instalar todo desde cero, ahora bien, he tratado de instalar este perfil y el programa en un primer momento lo acepta pero cuando quiero ripearcualquier archivo, dicho perfil no me aparece en la lista, he revisado el manager profie y lo tengo instalado pero no entiendo por que no me aparece en el listado de opciones en la edicion de los archivos a imprimir, agradezco cualquier ayuda al respecto.

Awesome video!! Is it possible to do this technique with the ucjv300? can I print with clear ink instead of primer? (I asked AI and it replied that this is a good idea to try... :| )
Hello, we wouldn't recommend using this technique with clear ink on a roll-to-roll printer. Rolling the gold before the primer is dried is how you get this effect with the flatbed. On the UCJV you do not have the same control over ink curing, and clear ink doesn't have the same adhesion so the gold would not stick the same. However, there are plenty of metallic rolled media you can print to get vibrant effects on the UCJV Series. We recommend Kernow Metalik Gold Removable Film.

Why does not have the sensor auto cut
The UJV100 does not have a built-in cutter like the UCJV300 or UCJV330. You have the option of using ID Cut to automatically cut your files when brought to a separate plotter like the Mimaki CG-AR Series.

This is a UJF-7151 Plus II? Is this "dust hood" separate? All of the Plus II I've seen have a much smaller "hood and they don't cover the print bed like this one does...
