It's been a little while since I was up to take a video of the garden and here we show the current status, share our gratitude for our team and discuss options for what you could do to lend a hand up here at the Teaching Garden!

An update of how the garden is growing and upcoming work bees

It's that time of year when Spring brings the plants back awake after their long sleep! It's always exciting to see what has survived and pokes its head out of the ground (perennials) and awe inspiring for how well "Weeds" can flourish! Dates for Work Bees not 100% set but we do have work to start doing to have the beds prepped and ready to plant as soon as the weather says so!

Wow! What a season for 2023 and thank you to all the people who have helped this garden to thrive! This was our final harvest of the season with hardy greens, brassicas and root veggies taking the gold with their ability to withstand the cold freeze that has come and gone this Fall and left behind veggies which are even tastier after with more sugar content!
