Reverb in this video is Native Instruments' Raum with default preset, only slightly tweaked.

TBH I use a lot of royalty-free stock footage that I find on the internet and then just edit it in weird ways using Adobe Premiere Pro.

For this I used an external instrument track in Ableton, I think I just clicked in a little melody on the piano roll and looped it. I send the midi from Ableton to the Blofeld over USB and capture the audio in Ableton, pretty sure I actually just enabled an additional track that was recording the master output and that was what the final audio was.
