Yes it is. The thumb presses down a little and pushes the card forward

Thank you for this tutorial. There aren't many out there! In the book it doesnt mention the first finger been used to go from concave to convex. It says use the fourth on the inner roght corner of the palmed card. Did you decide to use your first finger because the book has an error or is this just your way of doing it? Either way thank you! I wish you could show it slower as I am still struggling to get the finher positions. I can get the palm but making the card convex enough to get the card under with my pinky is very hard! Edit: I have begun to understand how to use the forth finger to bend the card. This makes the move smoother and easier to hide as there is less movement. You should try it! As you already have the move, changing to pinky should be easy and will remove the large movement with your first finger making it easier to hide as a colour change or for swapping out a card.
I use my first finger because it's just my way of doing it. If the use of the fourth finger is easier for you,you could use it. Using my index finger just makes it easier and faster for me.

I personally threw my cards away for a break Magicians do not experience the magic, we only see sleights and methods So I think it's normal to always need a break from sleights in general
I can't afford to throw cards away here. I can't get cards anywhere. I have a very few number of decks left,once they're done,I might have to stop card magic for a while,but I understand the need to take a break once in a while. We get bombarded with loads of magic and it can get overwhelming or boring really quick.

WOW 😍 Great effect!! The hard part is that it's not easy to push the card in smoothly and it might get awkward if you take too long putting that selected card inside!! The rest of the stuffs are simple. Thanks for sharing it! Great trick mate 👍
A tip is to make sure the bow is wide enough and also you can use all your fingers to align the cards perfectly behind you after wedging the card into the gap and also don't forget to practice.
