One of the things I do before dropping the front jacks after installing the chocks is putting the truck in neutral and allow the trailer to roll tight against the chocks. Then I select park in the truck. This way it verifies the chocks will hold and also negates any side loads on the jacks when lowered and disconnected from truck. On sloped campsites I believe this is a safety measure. Just don’t forget to set the parking brake.

I was told by a professional that you should do a few seconds of gray, then black, then gray to finish. The initial gray allows you to look for leaks without risk of blowing waste water all over the place and it lubricates the line.

I would get rid of the marker light and put the camera there instead one less hole to make. You have 2 other marker lights then seal with calk.the power is from the marker lights anyway. I did that to my coleman. It looks like i tapped into a already wired connection like the furion pre wired factory install. No one knows the difference that i have one less marker light. But what ever floats your boat.
