Greetings)
Han and I are on the construction site again! and now you are watching the second part of the construction of this house. And in this part I surrounded the two front pillars with a stone, made a temporary place for rest. And I began to lay out the walls from chopped firewood, for this I needed a lot of such firewood. And in the process of masonry, I put the frames for the windows.
It rained unexpectedly, so I put a film on the roof so that the fresh mortar did not flow. I really like the result, especially the fact that I added a brightly colored tree.

I found myself smiling as I watched it coming together. I used to spend a lot of time in the woods with my exhusband in a tent and they were some of the happiest times of my life. I really miss being out in the woods and living a much richer life with so much less! 😌😊

To get good mortar coverage of the logs. Between them that is. Add a layer of mortar to one side of the log you are placing to the next. It will help fill in those pesky gaps in the logs. Walls like these are always troublesome. Not a first,second or third choice for me. But many choose it. If done right it can be nice.
