This video is unfortunately outdated but still useful . The course has recently been updated in the last couple months . It is equivalent to stage 4 hospitality management. Food based questions took up about 15 percent of questions. The rest is team management,Hygiene food cost , pests , problem solving, diversity in the kitchen. Stock co troll, spending targets. If you can't answer the food based questions your in the wrong industry. Name 3 hot and cold dishes , how do you make 1 of those, name 3 fish dishes how do you Prepare, how do you make a cake ... . Walked out of my interview 1 hour ago ..February 2024

The lawyer told me that We will get skills assessment from William Angliss Institute (OSAP) but why according to OSAP it's for skilled migration visa (excluding tss visa) can you clarify this? Thank s for you video. It really helps a lot
