You cannot compare the Nikon d700 with any device, the colors are clearly superior, the d700 is a masterpiece of photography, there is no such device ever made. The colors are absolutely fantastic on the Nikon d700, there is no comparison with other cameras, I've tried them all, sony, panasonic, canon, Nikon d750, d810, d 850, z 6, absolutely all, the Nikon d700 has direct and real colors , there is no longer such a camera, I'm only talking about JpGs. They are all toys compared to the Nikon D700, the difference is huge!

Good morning David, I've come across your channel regarding the nikon d500, at the moment I have a nikon z50 mirrorless camera which is great, but I'm considering getting a d500 to use with my sigma 150-600mm for birds and other wildlife. It has dual memory card slots a sd and a xqd slot, I've never had any use of xqd cards and are quite expensive, and apparently they are being fazed out so my question is are cf express cards the same and are they compatible with the d500?. You can turn on HSS directly from the trigger without messing around going into camera menus.

If you can not remove the sensor just unplug it and plug the new one in and zip tie it out of the way the sensor does not need to be put back in the AC pump. There is no need to spend 3 hours smashing apart the old sensor and digging it out!!!!!!!!!!!

Uniden Bearcat 980 is really hard to beat for the price. I added an Astatic D104 hand mike to boost audio a bit. I use Wilson Little Wils on both vehicles. Best value antenna I have used. It equals my old K40 but is much shorter, able to go in parking garages. I can hear the comments now, but a 36" Wilson talking to Bahamas, Fla, Canada, Tx, Maine, on SSB is no joke. Also has lower SWR than my K40. Like the 980, the low price is not a factor to me. It is the performance. You can pay much more and get more, but the Wilson and Uniden combo is a winner. Astatic 636L mike is a must for the 980. The stock mike is junk. Thanks for the video.
