_DOA_ is *still* the best fighting game movie, by far - and don’t forget Jaime Presley, Devon Aoki (of Sin City fame), or Eric Roberts. It was incredibly well produced.

The only thing I have to say is there isn't anything "deep" really. I already knew nearly all the stuff on this and the things I didn't is just highly personal to you. The community pages are big "who cares", besides it isn't shocking. A person that plays one fighter, most likely, plays two or three-- a lot of the player base for Dragon Ball Z Fighters also play MVC games, so is there a lore deep dive overlap? Just silly. You are aware that developers/ directors don't need corporate permission to make deals amongst each other, right? Just because one character is seen in another game (in house) doesn't mean the company is on fine terms with that character (or even series). It just means that either the two directors [teams] are friends, or one thought the other would help bring in sales. I believe the tournament only happened twice (maybe thrice), and it wasn't "officially" announced-- the DOA team did the lion share of the marketing. The treatment of DOA compared to Temco's other titles can easily lead one to believe, DOA isn't appreciated. Especially since Temco doesn't really back the spin-off games, but turn to DOA when they are in the red. I get the feeling that you are trying to reject aspects, about the game, that's been there since the first arcade. You are aware that the sexuality of the characters is a joke, right? The juggles are there because the creator thought it was funny-- nothing else. In the future, when there is sexuality within the topic, just talk about it and move on. Keep your game journalist impression to yourself. Using back-handed comments, false virtue signaling, and innuendoes just makes me raise the eyebrow to you. If you don't like it, then don't talk about it. Well, if you ever make another Iceberg, then hopefully you get some better stuff or drop the soy-boy act.

Either way, I'm pleased to see more DOA goodness. 0:23 - Ending the first round in cinematic style. Neat to see a mirror match so soon into the video. 1:56 - Oooh, things were getting close right there. Bravo on the win; you sure knocked them into the circus walls a lot. Put on quite a light show. 3:26 - Woo; love the side step of Hayate's Power Blow here. Impressive given you had just leapt to that spot. 5:10 - A right "stay on the ground" moment. Fantastic Holds and love the pretty pink outfit for Kasumi here. 7:56 - What a weird issue with the replay. It seems as if it's missing a bunch of inputs for each fighter. Are the results still the same? 9:01 - Definitely a modded attire; the clothing flies off ever so easily (though the monocle somehow stays). Aside from that moment where Rachel kicked you across the stage, some real solid spacing from you in this opening round. 10:38 - I think I gave myself a headache with the hysterical laugh this got from me. What a clash and the way you just both plopped down. These trades are even funnier in a mirror match. 13:09 - Lovely tracking of the flip kick here. Funny how this video started in the circus and ends in the circus.

The title had me intrigued and it turns out there was very little wait for the sidestepping. Honoka was sidestepping before Get Ready was even said. 0:16 - 3rd times the charm; those sidesteps finally paid off by helping land a blow. Lucky for Honoka, it was such a powerful blow that it caught up to all the hits NiCO landed on her. 0:42 - Love the zoom in and chuckle. 2nd round starts and Honoka sidesteps straight away. 1:18 - I don't know NiCO got stuck in Honoka's rhythm or was just curious, but it was hilarious to see match the sidestep here. 1:30 - Love the Mario Party 'Miss' edit. Amazing just how many different edits you've thrown in for all these sidesteps. 2:04 - All that sidestepping evidently paid off. Honoka wins!

Wow my first time playing DOA WAS I Japan when I was 11 and I played DOA2 in an arcade.. I fell in love with Ayane. I've been a fan since then but it's wild how much information you have after having playing the game from 5 onward.... Like wow I shoulda done videos like this years and years ago. Thanks for giving me an education on a game I've loved for over 10 years

That DOA2 announcer voice tho.. nice matches. This game still looks and plays great. Even better than Tekken 8 imo.

So the entire match is pretty much a mirror match, just the majority are fun house mirrors (though Phase 4 is a very beautiful reflection of an already beautiful Kasumi). 0:23 - There was something rather amusing about the slightly delayed and simple slap to the grounded Phase 4. Great combo and stage interaction usage before the slap as well. 2:41 - I know she is your opponent here, but I've got to mention how much I love Phase 4's outfit here. The way the lights of her shoes leave a trail as she kicks and flips is amazing. 3:53 - Delightful spacing from you. You weaved back from that grab nicely and timed the return approach wonderfully. 4:28 - Oh my gosh; what a finish to the round! That was a spectacular clash in the air; so cool and dynamic! 7:13 - The way you continued the combo with the quick turn around from the wall dive was spectacular. So close to a comeback here but you're dealing with one tough Phase 4 player. 9:58 - What a wonderful string into the stage interaction. Always cool to see Kasumi riding a pterodactyl.

Im confused. Do you need to buy DOA 3 with your location on united states pause the download,change the location to japan, restart the xbox, and continue downloading DOA3 with japan location???

The Hero goes melee it seems for this tribute. Lovely drop-down moment from Gerton here. 1:48 - Such cool usage of the Inkzooka here. You don't often see someone kind mobility with the Ultimate like this. 2:29 - Where on earth did EggsonGarlicBread and their team get stuck at!? How humorously bizarre. 3:04 - Wonderful patience on display here and a cool snipe out-of-the-air moment from you. Hilarious to say that when you're using a bucket. 3:39 - Cool way to connect everything together with a Splatoon 3 moment. The zoom-in on Agent 3/Captain's eye for the flash back is a great effect. 4:07 - It was always satisfying whenever you'd manage to take out someone who was atop that tower. I often used Suction Bombs to take out or climb up to the Inklings atop here. 5:04 - Using the Discord profile to credit me. A little tragic but heartwarming to see Vanilla and Zero immortalised with this video here. Sorry I couldn't manage to gather anyone else for this; I spread the word and even got to message someone who seemed interested but perhaps they forgot or were too busy.

'Super Slash Bros' and the game played is Dead or Alive 2. I've no complaints as I'm always happy to see DOA pop up, but a tournament like that would have me expecting Smash Bros or even Soulcalibur before DOA. 1:01 - Love how the minute pull back from Kasumi's little spin was enough to move her hurt box out of Ein's reach, but your follow up strike with her had her lean in just enough to strike Ein. Loving the outfit choice; Kasumi giving off real princess vibes here. 3:31 - Boy, that dash grab sure looks odd when Kasumi has nowhere to dash too. 7:13 - Nice caution and patience on show here, with a solid step-in to make it worth it. The little dip-in, then dip-out strike you followed up with was also great. 12:31 - A Winter Brawl indeed; the consistent of the scarf attire between you two and the snowy stage was great. This Ayane opponent is certainly giving you a tough time, with that slip through the legs being a consistent tactic against you. 14:16 - A soft slap strikes Ein out of the air as this family drama continues. You've an impressive record against Ein. 19:02 - Rather funny how there was a lot of movement in the second round and then the third round had you both grounded almost entirely on a single step of the stairs here. Your strong performance against all Ein's continue and Kasumi gets all the strawberries. 22:16 - Dodged out of the way of Bass' attack just in time. 25:20 - Nice interruptive grabs and the dash attack to win the round flowed well into it.
