I recommended you to my brother when he is in Paris but it was your boyfriends birthday on the day he had available. I have been follow your content since I saw you in one of Jay’s vlogs. Hopefully next trip we can set up a tour. As far as content it would be cool to see tours of the different arrondissements or most see attractions. Even something like best best neighborhoods to live video. Glad to see you are back on CZcams, looking forward to new videos.

I sage sometimes but most mornings I diffuse a mixture of essential oils; sage, peppermint, lemon and eucalyptus. End of day I mix frankincense, patchouli, bergamot and lavender right before bed. Glad I started because it really helps to calm me down.

Recently happened upon your Instagram page. Love your vibe and energy. I've journaled for many years. At first it was mainly a gratitude list but in recent times I have used it as a place to get my thoughts out as paper and pen don't judge. I recently got a diffuser and I have been using different essential oils which I think has been helpful and I do an Epsom salt/sea salt bath twice a week to help reduce just overall tension. Just been trying anything to help manage my mental wellbeing as things haven't been easy. By the way, beautiful healthy plants.
