Very cool stuff, hopefully someone can slow it down and sharpen it back up for clarity in the future, this stuff is worth historical gold.
That’s what I did for a living, unfortunately the quality of captured Cine film will only be as good as the cine film itself, unless it’s done frame by frame (40k to 60k frames per hour)
Great memories, spent many a day on the Queens building in the 70’s. Best days long gone now 😢
