I've had a break from my boxer camper install for the past 2 months but I'm now getting back on with things following a busy few months getting ready for the Isle Of Man TT I've got a question on your electrical hookup fuse board. I see it's got the power points on one circuit and lights and charger on another. I wanted to know what lights you've got on 240ac supply? I'm only asking as I was gonna just do the battery charger one one circuit and 240 sockets on another. Was it in your schematic? I'll have another look at that point in the video. Also love your paint job. Mines a silver 66 plate and has the dreaded paint peel in places so was thinking of wrapping or doing something else. All the best. Keep it going 👏🏻

I just had blackberries and racked into secondary and it's mushy and looking more like a smoothie should I. Use strain bags or just more hardy fruit next time ie stuff that won't mash up

Ok,how are you supposed to connect/disconnect battery if you are saying to reach in through drivers window to turn ignition on/off and not open any doors?? You have to be in the vehicle to do these things.

Fantastic job! I saw on the manufacturer's website they are made of acrylic. I would be concerned about the strength & hardness. The acrylic sold in USA by Home Depot is easy to work with, but scratches easily (melts if you try to cut w jigsaw). Maybe there are different grades of acrylic? I have used sheets of polycarbonate (very tough material) in a shed build, those cuts were made with a fine wood blade on jigsaw.

Why would you use that honey in primary? That's a waste secondary back sweetening would have been a better idea and you wouldn't have used as much of it! You probably could have gotten twice as much using it to back sweeten with the same flavor.

!!! DO NOT USE ALL METAL TOOLS !!! like this guy - use insulated tools. Also: Whenever a vehicle battery has to be disconnected, switch off all equipment, interior lights etc, close the doors leaving the drivers window open. Switch off the ignition and remove the key and any diagnostic equipment. Wait a full 3 minutes before disconnecting the battery. The BSi must be allowed to go to SLEEP i.e. into "active economy mode". Do not operate any equipment on the vehicle during this time. Remember, even opening the bonnet will wake the BSi on a vehicle fitted with alarm. If the battery is under the bonnet, open the bonnet first and leave it up. ALWAYS disconnect any diagnostic equipment and do not operate any other vehicles during the 3 minute waiting period. PROCEDURE FOR BATTERY RECONNECTION Unless otherwise instructed by Peugeot or Product Service, you must always carry out the following procedure, often referred to as a "soft re-boot", to minimize the possibility of the BSi corrupting its own software when reconnecting the vehicles battery supply. Ensure the procedure for battery disconnection has been adhered to and importantly all BSi functions were switched off with the drivers window left down. 1 Close all doors 2 Remove ignition key if left in ignition 3 Reconnect battery. DO NOT open any doors 4 Wait 10 seconds 5 Switch on headlights through the driver’s window 6 Switch on ignition then start the vehicle and check system functions

I like to use a 5 gallon bucket for my primary fermenter. If you drill a hole near the bottom, you can add a tap to the bucket, and you won't need a siphon to rack it.
