First thing that came to mind seeing Johnny is he's the Greek mythology figure Narcissus. "He was so impossibly handsome that he fell in love with his own image reflected in a pool of water. Even the lovely nymph Echo (in this case his date) could not tempt him from his self-absorption."

Johnny's prolonged splits in the air whilst wearing the pink tutu. The unexpected twist in saga to keep us hooked.
